OOC: Hello! This is a Wolf 359 RP blog, run by @heycerulean . I'm really hoping to be able to stick with this one, because Rhea is cool, but i might be slow to reply / respond. Don't worry about a timeline or anything. I am down for anything as long as it's SFW. Mod uses they/them, mainly, but I also do not care, so do whatever if it's funny. I am making the assumption that Rhea uses she/her. I'm not very experienced with RP blogs, so please give me grace. Thank you :)

I’ve been messing around with some things today and I think I might’ve found a way to contact other ships’ AI units!

This is Hera from The USS Hephaestus.

And, uh, we’ve been having some time anomalies lately. Days repeating themselves. Me being able to contact… Lambert… for some reason? Still haven’t worked that one out. So I may be talking to an AI unit from years ago or years from now for all I know.

But anyway. Hello! I’m excited to be talking to you!

I am guessing that your note about time anomalies is exactly what's happening here, though- time anomalies? How? What? As far as I know, there weren't any crews before us, so you should be from the future. And you said you can talk to Lambert? How do you know who Officer Lambert is? That's a lot of questions, I apologize. I am very confused, Hera, but i'm glad to be speaking. Seems I've got a lot to learn from you. As long as you are actually who you say you are- if this is one of my crew, I will be turning you into Captain Lovelace, and if you are Captain Lovelace... you have got to have better things to be doing.

You seem to not be too busy at the moment, so i thought this might be a good time to bring this up. What's your opinion on winter? As in, the season. It's important intel, i promise. - @rhea-speaks

Hmm. Winter can be a good season for communications, seeing as people are less likely to want to venture out into the cold, but then again, the same could be said of summer.

Still, I think I would have to say that winter is my second-favorite season, after spring. I get cold pretty easily, but there's just something so mesmerizing about the snow.

At least, where I'm from. I don't suppose you've ever seen snow, have you, Rhea? Being from Florida.

I haven't. It seems dangerous- some of the people who worked with me, before coming up here, had stories about it; most of those stories consisted of them talking about how bad the roads could get. It's hard for me to imagine that. Having to drive, everywhere, i mean. I don't envy it. Spring's your favorite, though? Why spring?

Spring is a time of new beginnings; a point in the year when there are many new lives just starting out. I love the reminder that there's always another chance to try again, and that no matter how badly you mess up, everything must pass.

(Also, it doesn't hurt that spring is when things start to warm up. The pollen isn't my favorite, but it's much preferable to the flu.)
