Good morning this is a pocket-size copy of the Constitution, please read in detail the 13th amendment. Read it well and remind all who are of African descent that this is a law. It is not wise to place oneself into this position unless protecting your moral life and the lives of loved ones. The Oscar-nominated documentary “13″ addresses the thirteen amendment detail. I am aware that to some this isn't news but for those who are unaware or “ Asleep, does not make this fact go away. 

Now I am a firm believer in Visioning, Walking, Talking and Intent-fully Living Positive period, however, Facts and Wisdom also play a significant role in the balance of the Universe and Spiritual Ascension.

Who all can relate to this scene from the movie “The Five Heartbeats”?  In this scene, the Heartbeats faced their biggest challenge with their 3rd attempt to win the Talent show where they previously lost over and over again to their known rivals. But the Heartbeats never gave up despite the amount of "Hate" they faced.... and of course, we are aware how the story ends. No matter what field you are in, we've all had this exact moment in our lives or careers. Finally, you're ready, and now it's time to debut or execute your talent, presentation, skill set, product, song, book, or political race; however it seems as if everything is going up against you! But then "Yes Baby" suddenly the right moment presents itself and you "Burst" through with everything single thing in your Mind, Body, and Soul. You seize the moment and conquer, better yet "kill it" and then smile. You're on the way, and at the end of the day, you knew you could do it, and you're worth all of the tears, sweat, and sacrifices.  I remember this moment all too well, and I only want to tell you never to give up on your dreams. You can and will have everything you've ever desired. Put God first and then Get it!

Today's Woman by Rhonda P. Hines

Today's woman is no more different than yesterday's woman. Of course the obvious may differ regarding career, experiences, and her family makeup. But for the most part "A Real Woman" not a little girl wants to be respected, wants her voice to be heard, wants to earn her own way, will submit to the right man who is submitted to God ( based off his actions not his lip service) She will raise her children to be Kings and Queens while informing them what should be the forefront of their priorities of life. She isn't flawless but boy does she wear those flaws well. She is intelligent but can throw down when necessary when it comes to what she holds dearly. If she encounters the man of her dreams, mind you her dreams not a fairytale she will make herself available in the most classiest of ways. If need be she can handle her own but wouldn't mind a grown " Real Man" showing up to add to her assets as she adds to his. The media and social hype tries to convince us that this woman is almost extinct but we're out here......

Why not check your voting status, also make sure you know the address where you are supposed to vote. Get ahead of any issues that may cause you to be annoyed or keep you from voting. This election is too serious despite our choices…. to risk Donald Trump becoming President. You do know there will be someone worse than him waiting in the wings if he pulls this off…. You do know that right???

#JustMy2Cents …..You’ve got a right to do what you want, however truth be told, voting for a 3rd party candidate or not voting at all means you voted for an Orange Faced Chauvinist Racist named Donald Trump. So don’t complain when he gets on television but this time as the President calling women bloody pigs, calling blacks, browns or anyone that isn’t “acceptable in his sight” outrageous racist names. Or better yet placing your children in mortal danger by starting a war we're unprepared to fight. This man is dangerous and the joke must stop now.

Like I’ve stated this entire election I’m not “jumping up and down regarding my Hilary options, however I personally refuse to spit in the face of my Ancestors by not voting.

Why I'm voting for Hilary.....Please like and share this with anyone of African Descent considering protesting their Vote or Voting for a 3rd party. This is what I know for sure, despite how I feel, I have a responsibility to Vote and I'm voting for Hilary. I know for sure I don't like or trust Hilary Clinton. I know for sure my vote for her won't stop Racists policeman from killing blacks. I know for sure my vote won't stop an unfair judicial system that is set up automatically against black people. I know for sure it won't stop Racists Politicians at the local or state level.... However this is what I also know for sure.... I Have to Vote. Men and Women who looked like me shed Blood or were Killed for MY RIGHT to vote. It doesn't matter what I think regarding the 7 families who actually control this whole circus/ country......What I know for sure is Hundreds of thousands of my Ancestors died for MY right to vote. They died for a plethora of my Rights simply so that I could be in the position that I am in at this very moment. None of them knew me YET their Blood, stolen dreams and lives which were cut down by Racism obligates me to VOTE. This obligation goes much further than my conspiracies. The Truth of the Matter is I OWE my Ancestors! I cannot protest and throw away this vote as I originally planned. Hence what I know for sure is....I'm voting for Hilary Clinton. I AM responsible for my people who are coming along after me. Even though they won't ever know me I too will be their Ancestor. I Love them enough to VOTE all the way DOWN the Ballot because I want them to reach the pinnacle of TRUE freedom here in America; in hopes that perhaps their human form will someday surpass their Sun kissed pigmentation. I NEED them to REACH educational, career and financial success much sooner than I did. This is what being apart of OUR VILLAGE and OUR TRIBE is supposed to really be about. I RHONDA P. Hines AM MY BROTHERS KEEPER! Hilary is not my President of choice but come November 8th she is my ONLY choice....

In my mind the Angels in heaven are introducing Muhammad Ali a little something like this in the video and because my Father was my greatest champion of all times, I believe he received the same VIP treatment. As much as it pains me to visualize it…..I bet DADDY’s introduction went this way…..

“Win The Battle Of Your Mind”

Use your mind as a weapon. If you can win the battle of your mind; you will become the Warrior who protects you while on your path to success. One must strike with precision and literally leave the carnage for the vultures to eat, even if one of the vultures is a "self-sabotaging" voice inside your own head. Ignore those voices because they mean you no good. Only follow the voices in your heart!

1. Take only what you can mentally carry and strategically leave the rest behind.

2. Do not worry about others during some test or trial.

3. You cannot help anyone if YOU aren't 100% focused and ready to do battle.

Once you've conquered your mind, strive to intently give optimum performance towards each and every task you take on, no matter how big or small. This may seem like an easy thing to do, however... Once a person grasps how powerful their mind is; moreover, how MUCH MORE POWERFUL you become once you control your own mind; then I can assure you everything else will fall into place. Any of the following will grant you an opportunity to showcase your strength, endurance, and warrior like skills, because you have already defeated the biggest enemy one could ever face.

a. Opponent and or adversary (boss, coworker, family member, organization or group member)

b. Negative experience (the past or current situation which causes you mental or emotional pain)

c. Physical (starting or sticking to an exercise regimen, conquering poor self-image)

d. Financial (lack of discipline to save money, your view of money, afraid to charge a higher dollar amount for your services or products for fear of rejection)

e. Emotional challenge (in love with the wrong person, always the victim never the victor, bitter, surly, cry baby, FEAR) that you may come up against.

You've already won the Battle of Your mind, thus making you an unstoppable force for SUCCESS! The battle of your mind should be viewed as a daily commitment that you may have to overcome consistently, but I know you can do it. I personally fight this battle at least 2 or 3 times a week. Winning most days and others days I tend to struggle, but I am a CONQUEROR, hence; I regroup, refocus, forgive myself, suit back up and charge head first onto the battlefield!
