New Rhythm Heaven game announcement!!!

Rhythm Heaven Groove! Coming out next year apparently! Can you believe it? I barely can, even several hours after the direct!

I had stopped expecting a new game a few years ago, so long after Megamix came out... but I did always have the thought of, if there was ever news, it would be a chance to revive this dead sideblog.

I'm not really sure what to actually do now, though. Making a daily queue to count down days isn't quite as appealing to me as it was nine-and-a-half years ago, plus I don't have new result screens to post alongside that. Plus plus the release date isn't actually specific yet... though that's not much different from the old days.

...ah, what the heck. At least just this once. (ahem)

It is March 27, 2025, and Rhythm Heaven Groove will come out sometime in 2026 (between 280 and 644 days).

Rhythm World: The Best + is now out in Korea!

Welp. It’s here! December 1st, 2016, the final release date for this most recent entry in the Rhythm Heaven series.

And as you can probably tell, I missed queuing a post for today.

So, what now? Originally I wanted to have a big celebratory thing, but... I never got that to work. Been swamped with real-life stuff lately.

And unless another Rhythm Heaven thing comes up soon, this is probably the last post of this blog. It’s been a good run, over a year of hoping and hyping for this game, and a full selection of result screenshots. It was fun!

I’ll just say, again: Keep your rhythm up.
