only, in those who have a vulva, this condition is called Vulvar Vestibular Papillomatosis. here, too, little small, spiky fleshy growths appear on the inside of the labia minora and vaginal vestibule! the same things that are written above for the pearly papules also apply to VVP!

unfortunately, as with so many things related to vulvar/vaginal health, not enough doctors are aware of this as a condition and know what to do if it appears so... here's your little sexual health tidbit of the day!
