On his Facebook page he had a post several years ago mocking the wimpy horse women who put their horse in a helmet because they're afraid the horse might get hurt. Was a helmet made for trailering. A lot of people, including myself, commented that and all got blocked. Then he made another post about whiny horse people being so mean to him and wanting to think they won. Such an ass.

This video has some great insights. Rick is very blunt and “offensive” to some people but if you can look beyond that he is giving out great knowledge for no charge.
Jumping is hard on a horse’s body, I have always thought this but he does well putting it into words. I think small jumps are fine but show jumping level is just too much for me.

I would say yes based on overwhelming evidence. Your comment and the comments of all the other people who watch his videos indicate that there is some lack of intelligence (or at least proper grammar or intelligible arguments)
Let me say this, I am not a “natural horsemanship” person. I think most natural horsemanship stuff is a load of crap. Also, I hurt my horse far less than rick gores unbalanced ass and lack of bodily control. My horse also doesn’t look nearly as nervous as his even when I take her away from her herd of 20. Also if you took the time to look at anything else on my blog, you would see that I’ve ridden her bitless, totally tackless, bareback, and pretty much any way possible and still had complete control of my animal. I also have a happier horse who is healthier and better trained.
So before you decide to comment on my post with your blind love of all things dick gore, please go do some research and learn some things
It seems that you missed the entire point of why no one likes rick gore, equestrian-ish. why don't you check out my blog and see some of the reasons why he's a terrible horseman and a terrible human being.

I assure you mares will not hesitate to beat a stallion into the ground if he steps out of line. Mares run the herd. They decide where the herd goes when and they decide who remains in the herd. Stallions only exist because they’re needed for breeding and they keep other stallions away while the mare leads the herd to safety. Stallions do not breed a mare unless she is consensual and she will kick his ass if he tries to force her.
Lionesses will tear a lion apart if he screws up.They raise the cubs, they feed the pride, the males do barely anything except occasionally fight and breed.
Female hyenas rule their packs with an iron fist and the males cower in her shadow. She is bigger and stronger than any of them.
Females run the predatory world. They are the top dogs. So please go on, keep using the animal kingdom as an example of why it’s so “natural” for men to oppress women because I’d be happy to go through an entire encyclopedia of animals and shove these fine female rulers through your thick skull.
I know, right? I mean, I don’t think mares consciously keep stallions around for breeding so much as the stallions desperately want to hang out with them and occasionally earn their place in the herd by running interference to stop other stallions from bothering them as much and occasionally romancing them with their pretty neck telescoping. But the whole reason so many valuable stallions don’t live serve is that the risk of them being injured by a mare is too much, and that’s the whole reason teaser stallions exist as well, to protect stallions from mares who aren’t in the mood. I heard a story from some disgusted breeders about a guy who put their stallion in a herd of out of season mares to “put him in his place”, and as a result of that the stallion was badly injured and wound up with life long injuries. People need to be careful with their stallions because mares will corner them in a paddock and just relentlessly pummel them. The most intimidating horses (not necessarily the most dangerous, but certainly the most socially dominant) I’ve ever met were mares, and a lot of stallions just act like testy little woobies by comparison.
