When the body gives up the mind can push through the pain, when the hurt seems too much, the mind can distract you with focus,when the sadness creeps through, the mind can put things into prospective. Use your mind as a power alli, not an enemy. Don’t let it bring you down, focus on the hurt or negativity in your life. Don’t let people chip away at the hull of your ship allowing water to flood in and sink your ship. Let it distract you from the trolls, bad moments,pain. Focus on the good in all our lives, yes there are varying degrees but I say all the time every day we wake is a blessing. Everyday we eat, breathe, see Mother Nature, friends, family is a gift. We all have problems, me included but my mind focuses on the beauty in the world. Even other people’s. Seeing others enjoying a moment, food,a conversational laugh,smirking into their phones, I use all these moments to enjoy each day watching for the positives instead of waiting for my world to crash down or wallow in self pity. So once again, Listen to your favorite song, watch your favorite movie or tv show(American gods season 1&2😝😏🔥🙌🏾), call your family, friends, play sport or an intrument, work out, watch bird flying in the sky,whatever makes you happy. Just enjoy your day, not everyone will have it.
