Yuriful Week 2: Holiday, Culture

During a rare few hours of free time on an official state visit to Old Sharlayan, Nanamo and Clare take some time to venture out into the city. Nanamo takes the time to revel in being an anonymous face in the city's markets. Clare takes time to marvel at how in love she is with the young woman who has found the mantle of the sultana placed on her shoulders.

Rumour has that Luluka was so taken with the cuisine of Tuliyollal that she is making various plans to introduce tacos and stuffed peppers to the restaurant and street food venues of Eorzea - starting initially with The Bismarck of course. In fact some say she was sharing recipes by letter with Lyngsath almost as soon as she arrived in Tural.

There has even been some wild speculation that Luluka is in discussion with one Tataru Taru regarding the opening of a small Taco stand in Gridania. Apparently she is determined to introduce some more spice and variety to the largely vegetarian cuisine of the Twelveswood, with Tataru suggesting it could given the name Taco Dell, to reflect the local surroundings.

A few people have suggested that G'raha Tia has been most encouraging when it comes to this new culinary enterprise, and that he has offered his services in areas such as taste testing and quality assurance - although it isn't at all clear where they would have come by such a notion...

Vierapril 2026: Alive

A part of Flidais's story I've been wanting to pose for years. Post Endwalker, Flidais didn't think she could provide care for Meteion. The little Entelechy had wanted to return to the star to spend more time with people. Flidais knew she would do better with someone to watch over her, to give her a home. So she took her to a couple she knew wanted children of their own. Ysayle didn't die in Azys Lla, not in Flidais's story. Instead as she was falling she was rescued by a wandering Dragoon, a woman tyring to cure the Dragon's blood in her system. Huestienne helped Ysayle heal, though her injuries meant she would need a wheelchair most days to get around. Over their time together the two women found a friendship, and then love. After the Dragonsong War ended, they got a little home far from everything. They just wanted some peace and quiet, to live out their lives in relative simplicity. The fresh air and warmth also helped Ysayle, her experiencing pains and issues from her wounds from time to time. They kept up correspondence with their mutual friend, the vaunted Hero of Eorzea, and Flidais visits them when she could.

Stelak does not enjoy being the WoL, lmao. This means he's frequently very tired and not very happy, and he has a tendency to start smoking when he's feeling really bottom-of-the-barrel. It's happening a lot lately, so Alisaie is taking matters into her own hands. Stelak's going to be upset, but it's for the best. 💜 

Well, he's obviously not going to look after himself, is he? Someone's got to do it. The second she sees him making one of his shitty roll-ups, Alisaie's getting the scissors out and waiting for her moment to strike, lol. He'll be very angry - for all of about ten seconds, anyway - but she'll get away with it, and keep getting away with it, lmao.
