But for real though, this just represents how overwhelmed I am mentally.

Senior year, colleges, scholarships, whilst battling schoolwork, my portfolios, applying, etc ..

It all gets jumbled up in my head, and projects outwards into this. Emotional mess.

Red spider lilies are my favorite flower so I tried my best to draw a lot of them. They represent death, sadness, personal growth/change, and much more, which I feel resonate with me due to my negative thoughts and just wanting to leave the world behind. Being covered in them represents my thoughts of death, of feeling sad and numb, trying to grow up and prepare for the real world after high school.

I grew tired after coloring the flowers, so I decided to add more to my frustration and stress by scribbling all over the figure.

I had fun drawing this and I hope that whoever is struggling mentally with an overload of stress and their emotions is able to find healthy ways to calm down, rest, rejuvenate themselves, etc :3
