As you may have seen in this blog's description, my name is Amarys. I use she/her and I am the third-ranked member in the League Club's Elite Four. I was told it may be a good idea to start using this website, and now I'm here. Please allow me some time to adjust to the etiquette of this platform.

I am very interested in chemistry, astronomy, and Pokémon battling and care. My hobbies change often, but I'd be very interested to hear what the people of the internet spend doing during their free time.

I'd like to apologize for this account's... odd posting yesterday. I had a very interesting encounter in what I believe was an alternate version of Naranja-Uva Academy. I'm truly not sure what the cause for this series of events was, but it seems I'm not the only one put in a similar position.

whydja pick the steel-type? whats it like at blueberry??? how's carmine? OH and her brother? truth and ideals i miss carmine. do you have friends over there? i didn't have any friends for a year or two after i moved. people are fuckin awful to each other over here. whats the thing with the watch? honestly canNOT imagine myself as a punctual person.

I chose Steel due to their incredible versatility and admirable defensive capabilities. The more I studied them, the more I found that there is not a single niche they cannot fill. I also find myself able to connect with them easier than many other types. They are far less likely to be off put by my mannerisms.

Blueberry Academy is wonderful. The student-led curriculum has allowed me to customize my schedule for perfect optimization. I estimate I will be Chairwoman of the Unovan League within 10 years thanks to this.

Carmine is...stressed. I aim to be as flawless as I always am in my role as her girlfriend, but I am afraid there are things which are infuriatingly out of my control.

Kieran is. Also stressed.

The watch is handmade and helps not only keep me on schedule but also allows me to precisely time my attacks in battle, based off of previous data.

I am deeply concerned that you do not follow a schedule. That is the basis of success. The alternate you agrees with this. Just look at your URL.

I will not be dying my hair, the black and grey suits me just fine. Besides, Hattie would be upset with me for "stealing her thing", I am sure.

people are awful at my school because it's just so COMPETITIVE ugh. theres a ranking system, based on win-loss ratio, and people are SO attached to that thing. like. people WILL NOT TALK TO YOU if you're too low in the rankings. i'm in the top 10 but the whole thing is so weeeeird. i dunno. im explaining it badly.

Link cables are incredibly outdated. Trading pokemon happens via wireless transfers now.

It...sounds like you are also at BBA, which is the same school as myself. I find the competitive nature quite thrilling, and have not had to deal with the arrogance you describe.

More interestingly however, I sense we are...in short, incredibly different. And given that the original owner of this blog is by and large quite similar to myself, we can conclude that you are quite different from her as well. What is strange is that the cause of these changes is normally quite obvious, but I cannot fathom what has happened to make us so different.

...best of luck. I do not know if your feelings linger, but if we are similar in at least some ways I suspect they do.

Fascinating. I do hope to see you again. The more extreme the divergence between our worlds, the more interesting these sorts of conversations are. Should you ever return, I hope we may have a deeper conversation in which we review every major life event and our general disposition throughout.

once i finally figured out how to leave that truthforsaken school, i got to walk around a little. found my old house, aaah! well. the lot got cleared out. it's a convenience store now (╥﹏╥) nice place tho! sell the GOOD sodas. and i found the library. and the nacrene museum. it's so much better now that it ever was. i could spend hours in there...

i'm not sure how long this lasts, but um. seems like this is a thing that happens semi-regularly. and i'll go back soon. which is,,, probably good? i'm glad i got to see how things are going back home. thanks for hearing my rambles, other-rotomblr. i'm gonna go cry now.

Muse Mixup Madness—May 1, 2024

hello, one and all, and welcome to our very delayed prompts post! this should be the last time prompts are this late, since i've added reminders in my calendar now.

like i said before, this month there's going to be reruns. specifically, i'm going to be taking the most popular prompts from february and march to offer up again. so without further ado! all prompts are low fantasy.

1. What Once Went Wrong

This and What Once Went Right were originally one prompt, but given how different they are in practice I've decided to divide them into two. For this one, you'll be envisioning what your character's life would be like if an unfortunate event in their past either didn't happen or turned out in their favor.

2. What Once Went Right

Both sides of the coin are here today, but in the future you'll usually only be seeing one of this prompt and What Once Went Wrong. This one's the exact opposite of its twin: take a time in your character's life that worked out well or where they succeeded at something, and find out what would have happened if things hadn't ended so nicely.

3. The Road Not Taken

Decisions, decisions! Everyone's made them, and everyone's path in life has been forever altered by them. Pinpoint a critical choice your character once made, and see who they'd have become if they'd chosen a different option.

4. Home On The Range

We do have one new prompt, though it's a very different style from the other three! In the Pokémon Ranger games, people and Pokémon have a somewhat different relationship. What would your character be like if they were from one of those regions?
