There are many things in your heart you can never tell to another person. They are you, your private joys and sorrows, and you can never tell them. You cheapen yourself, the inside of yourself, when you tell them.

Writing essay for tomorrow, I wish I started to draft it earlier... 🙌 Art Law is so terrific!
As long as there is life, there is happiness. And this is a great deal.
“War and peace”, Tolstoy.
Ask yourself: "Are you contend wtith yourself? With your life?"
“War and peace”, Tolstoy
Friday I started new course “Entertainment law”, it is a selective course where we learn the experience of the USA and our native country. One of the interesting questions was whether the TV format is recognized and protectable by copyright. Started as very interesting...
Well, few seconds ago I saw a new advertising of Dior “Poison Girl”. In my opinion, it is not very interesting and sophisticated as previous advertisements. I found interesting that the jumper which the “Poison Girl” puts on on the roof of the building contains the print lettering in pink very similar with one used in the Russian logo of fashion designer “Kira Plastinina”. Though the inscription is very different “Kira Plastinina” and “I am Poison” the lettering and the colour seemed to be very similar for me. But maybe I am wrong.
It’s very interesting may the words on the jumper of the girl constitute an infringement of the trademark in such a situation? For me, from the first sight, no, it can’t because the inscription and message is different. Then they used for different products on very different markets. And then it is necessary to find out how this jumper may be used after a while.
And what’s about copyright?
The word of the day: G-R-A-T-E-F-U-L
I strongly believe that we should be grateful for everything we have in our lives. This great work is created by American illustrator of 20th century with very deep eyes and good sense of life understanding and humour which spreads over every work of him, namely, Norman Rockwell. For me it clearly shows that something what we have in easy access may be not be achievable for others and that we need to think about it in our daily routine. We need to remember and be grateful for all things we have.
On the picture two cleaning ladies sit in the empty hall, when a performance finished, and read with interest the playbill for the performance. They are so close everyday to the performance. They clean the room where it takes place. They see the stage but they can not see what an action takes the place on it. All they have is the playbill and imagination.
Life is treasure.
Thank you.

“The questions I would have liked to ask people were: ‘Are you in love? What are you reading?”
Today I finished to read love story written by Françoise Sagan “A certain smile” in my native language. Main characters are so frightened of beind bored with love that they started slept with each other. Dominique thought it was love. But after the months of passionately thining of Luck she started to smile... Well, the thing is not very useful or full of thoughts to think or to remember. Just one thought there is interesting: love passes away. The question is what love is? Did she really feel LOVE or was it just boredom passion?
The quotes I really like from Sagan:
“Money may not buy happiness, but I'd rather cry in a Jaguar than on a bus.”
“The one thing I regret is that I will never have time to read all the books I want to read.”
“I shall live badly if I do not write, and I shall write badly if I do not live.” (that’s why I obviously write so badly).
“A dress makes no sense unless it inspires men to want to take it off you”
Copyright in architecture
Well, the situation is. You are an architect working for a company, preparing all necessary engineering documentation to build 5 storied residential premises, building in a very nice neighbourhood. That’s the moment you say: ‘I’m done’ and the company starts to build it. Then the company decides that 5 stores is not quite enough (actually, the neighbourhood is too good) they apply to you with request: ‘Hey, could you please add another five stores to our building?’. You just say: ‘Well, it’s a little bit unsafe. I can’t risk with my reputation...’.
The company says “O.K.” and goes to another architect without your permission. The architect B says “Easy, guys” and changes the documentation. You find it out one day in a conversation with a buddy from anoter architect’s agency.
“That’s not fair!” - you cry. And you go to the court. The case became for unknown reasons so difficult to judges that they couldn’t decide it solely. The decision changes from the court to court. The courts argued what is protected by the copyright. They even couldn’t decide which contract form should be used by the parties in such a case.
And then, that day came.
Several years ago, on a very pleasant day of 27th of Sepember 2011, the Highest Arbitrazh Court stated that only part of construction plans and technical specifications referring to the architectural decision is protected by the copyright. And monetary compensation could be claimed only in part referring to the architectural solution.
P.S. Famous buildings could be registered as trademarsks (three-dimensional configuration of buildings)! For example, New York’s Empire State Building is a trademarked name. WOW.
How I learnt to study
During High school I was one of those students who never really had to work for my marks, I had the uncanny ability to leave my assignment till the night before and still manage full marks that is ..till I got to university, my first year was a disaster I was barely passing my units I was stressed and depressed, what got me through high school was clearly not working in university. So to stop my second year in university from being a disaster as well and to save my gpa I decided to learn how to study from scratch! spoiler: It worked and my marks have tripled since I adopted these habits. So here are the things I started doing!
- I invested in school supplies that I NEEDED and not just for aesthetic, example I bought tons and tons of basic cheap notebooks because I knew I was going to do a lot of writing and things like flashcards. My rule of thumb was if its functional its perfect.
- I attended every lecture and every class no matter what the time was! This is essential as it saves time later when you are rushing around trying to catch up.
- I tried to stay up to date no matter what! Before I would let lecture after lecture pile up but ever since doing this, my study life has been much easier to cope with.
- UNDERSTANDING EVERYTHING YOU LEARN FROM THAT WEEK, I cannot stress how much this has helped me. If I am learning about a topic in week 5, I have to understand it fully in week 5, not when I am in finals week and stressing out. I use resources such as textbooks and the internet to help me understand or I will ask my teacher. The important thing is I understand it fully.
- Be organised! Know when you have an assignment due, there are so many ways to do this. Handheld planner, wall planner, phone reminders, there is apps such as my study life. Anything that will remind you to get started on the thing before it is too late.
- Review your notes weekly or fortnightly!!! Memory works by relearning, instead of cramming the night before exams, review weeks before.
- Break down your essays weeks before its due, you don’t have to start writing them right away but at least start thinking about them.
- Utilise any free time, for example instead of listening to music on my 45 min bus ride to uni I started listening to a psych podcast or doing my readings for that day.
- Have mental health days, I found out how difficult it is to study and how necessary it is to take breaks. Studying is stressful, have days/half days where you relax and look after yourself.
-Cut down on caffeine, I was a serial coffee addict, Im talking 4 shots a cup three times a day. Cutting down reduced my anxiety and got me sleeping more, which improved my mood and energy.
- Have a study buddy/group, find someone who is serious about their study and have study sessions with them, you get to study and have a social life.
- Find a study schedule that suits you, don’t feel pressure to get up at 5 am if you find it easier to study at 6pm.
- Have a study place, that you know you will study in! It can be your local library, your desk, your bed. Anything that you find will work for you!
Thank you for studying tips! I will try everything.
5minutes thoughts
Here I am. Just writing a work on Sunday. All day long. And I like it. ‘Cause I feel so satisfied with a thought that I do something interesting.
Sometimes it’s very good to feel that you have a lot of stuff to do. I really wish my colleagues will like my work result. I had tried so hard and continue to try hard to get it done in a good quality.
Yesterday I watched two movies. Both with Audrey Hepburn. “My Fair Lady” and “Funny Face”, she is so gorgeuos and the quotes in the movies are so brilliant!
Mostly I like the moment in “My Fair Lady” when Eliza tells that the sun will rise tomorrow even without Hiddings, that she will be ok without him. And I think it’s very wise. Not long ago I read the thoughts of one psychologist. He said that women in our country are brought up as sluts. No, it’s not a mistake. THE SLUTS. ‘Cause everything they want and think of is a good man who will be ready to earn enough money for them both and woman does not want to work or do anything to become independent. They just sell themselves. It’s even worse than sluts, sluts get paid for sex and they develop themselves in it. However, I do not think that all women in our country are like that but in main part I agree that this may take place.
I live in a city with bright lights that never sleeps in night so that most women here are motivated to be independent.
That year I decided that, in the first place, I want to be interesting to myself, to bring up myself, to develop myself, so that I would be independent and self-contained person. And here’s a loooot of stuff to do...
So let’s end my 5' thoughts.
