I have found myself being sucked into the bullshit of the news. I brought this book back out, dusted it off and placed it back on my nightstand to open and read daily. It is a wonderfully easy read for centering oneself. Short chapters of wit and wisdom, written by Yale English Literature grad turned yogic philosopher, Tosha Silver.
