BATMM RF! AU: Hero Husband vs Villain Wife (2026 Version)

OK, remember the trend I did of doing Hero/Villain Blasher every year (except 2024)? Well Imma keep it going, but this time, with a twist!

If you forgot, here is the link to the 2025 Version, the 2023 Version, and the 2022 Version!

This time, I'm gonna draw them in both Pre- and Post-Coronation forms!

Pre-Coronation Forms

I simplified the outfits this time because I wanted to show the simple effectiveness of how things change. And yes, Blaine is floating barefoot while in pain because she made a split decision on doing evil today, resulting in not bringing her fucking crutches.

These guys immediately recognized each other by the features, with Cam's wings being visible and Blaine's dark scars visible too. The citizens couldn't tell because they were dumb af. Blaine is taunting Cam with a soul in her hand, telling her that if she tries attacking her, she'll burn the soul. Cam is horrified because she believes that the corruption is taking control, making her say and do things Blaine wouldn't do.

Post-Coronation Forms

OK, in this version, their outfits are more regal looking to show their new powers. Blaine has the "Wally Darling" face (best way to describe it) while using her cane and braces. Cam is even more shocked this time because she believes that the corruption from the coronation did something to her to make her Mx. Fire.

(Also Blaine's crown is inspired by a certain pink character's certain ability. Can you guess which one? The crown is golden with a green gem in the middle.)

1st image was made after season 4 got confirmed, 2nd image is a joke drawing I took a little too seriously, 3rd and 4th images are the ref. sheets(?) for the main trio in the AU I have for the series that I may or may not have been planning since 2024, and 5th and 6th images are just drawings like any others :)

Darryl's Ref Sheet (Pre-Coronation Form)

Here is the first of Darington's reference sheets! They sure did change the last time I drew them!

Darington now has visible eyebags, a tail and a mouth on his stomach because of his royal status. He has light yellow stars in his hair and on his arms and legs, which glow in the dark! That's why night missions always have him on the team, unless he's too tired, to which they'll use a flashlight and let him sleep.

He wears his former necklace as a belt because he learned how to turn his staff into a new necklace. His hair contains a teeny golden hairclip that was a gift from Pickle. His antennae change color based on his mood, and the colors can become lighter or darker depending on the strength of the emotion. For example, a pastel red means that he's a little angry, but a dark red means that he's pissed the fuck off.

Cam's Ref Sheet (Post-Coronation)

Here is Cam's Post-Coronation form, but word of warning, it has multiple eyes on their wings!

Cam's ears are VERY different from her Pre-Coronation form because she has more eyes, so she needs the room for it. She also has a new wand and her gem connects to her wings. Speaking of, her wings are much bigger than her family's, but I shrunk them down so that it fits in the photo. Her actual wingspan covers her whole body without her curling up! She reduced her chewlery necklace because she noticed people were grabbing at it and didn't want to lose anything.

She decided to become the new Queen of Heaven after Blaine became the new Queen of Hell. At first, they thought they had to break up due to the giant distance, but their families said eff all that and made a portal that can teleport them from one place to another instantly. This has been useful more than once.

Cam's Ref Sheet (Human Disguise)

Here's the sweet angel in her Human Disguise! She looks so sweet, yet she won't hesitate to throw you into the stratosphere if you hurt Blaine, their kids or their friends!

She has a dress that's half-golden and half-white because she likes those colors. She wears golden shoes because she can't go barefoot due to the randomness of Axel City. You may notice that her hair's much shorter than in the other photos, and that's because random people kept touching it, so she keeps it short in this form and ties them with her halo so that she can easier tell if someone's touching her hair without her permission (this is a personal headcanon and annoyance). Her gem becomes a tattoo because it makes it easier to hide. She also hides her ears because she's not gonna deal with that shit.

Cam's Ref Sheet (Rage Form)

Uh oh, looks like someone made the sweet angel extremely angry, and now she's gonna kick their ass!

Her entire outfit (YES, SHE'S WEARING A DRESS MADE OF DARK CLOUDS), hair and skin changes from normal to various shades of grey to show the raincloud aesthetic and how serious they are. Her eye is shining in an intimidating glow of yellow to show how angry she is (also cuz I got a lot of red going on already, so lemme let other colors shine too!). Also, she looks like a fucked up harpy because her wings fused into her arms and legs because she lost control of her form, and she won't change back until she's completely calm, which could take days to happen!
