Moving, as it turns out is very stressful. Work somehow found out I was leaving, so life is awkward on that front

Okay packing has begun. I can only take what fits in my car. Most of the stuff I'm taking are tools

Hi Riley, stumbled across your blog and my genuine question without my usual smut is this, how politically correct is it these days to work in auto trade when you're different? Some great pics by the way :) Andy.

In auto trade we deal with the changing climate of cars and technology. For everyone here it is in their best interest to stay up-to-date. My gender is too confusing for some, but exposure to difference is what makes it normal.

Political correctness hardly exists in the auto trade tbh. But you can choose to be offended, although you can't change people by hating them, and them hating you. Hearts and minds are changed by the people who are close.

I am not going to lie, it is an uphill battle. But it is made easier by the great team we have here at my Ford dealership.
