as much as i complain about it, i actually do think living in an ingredient household has made me a better adult. went to make my default sandwich for dinner and discovered i had no cold cuts. so i went on a grocery shopping adventure in the pantry and ended up stir frying udon noodles in sesame seed oil and tamari sauce, cooking some spam with garlic, soy and brown sugar, combining everything and adding two scrambled eggs on top. this is so delicious and im so proud of myself
