高橋留美子の新連載「MAO」がスタート　「犬夜叉」の山口勝平、ゆきのさつきがCMナレーション

New series “MAO” of Rumiko Takahashi starts “Kappei Yamaguchi of” Inuyasha “and Satsuki Yukino CM narration

「うる星やつら」「めぞん一刻」などで知られるマンガ家の高橋留美子さんの新連載「MAO（マオ）」が、8日発売のマンガ誌「週刊少年サンデー」（小学館）23号でスタートした。 　高橋さんのマンガが原作のアニメ「犬夜叉」で、犬夜叉を演じた山口勝平さん、日暮かごめを演じたゆきのさつきさんがナレーションを担当する新連載のCMも公開された。犬夜叉とかごめが「MAO」を解説し、かごめの「犬夜叉、おすわり！！」など懐かしのせりふを聞くことができる。 　「MAO」は、一度死にかけたことがある少女・菜花（なのか）が、“二つの世界が交わる地”で、ある少年に出会い、壮絶な運命に巻き込まれていく……というストーリー。

A new series "MAO (Mao)” of Rumiko Takahashi, a manga artist known for “Uru Hoshi Yatsura” and “Mezon Ichikoku” etc. The manga magazine “Weekly Shonen Sunday” (Shogakukan) No. 23 launched on the 8th. A new series of commercials in which Naruto Takahashi’s manga is based on the original anime “Inuyasha”, and Kappei Yamaguchi who played Inuyasha and Yukino Satsuki who played Nigori Kagome are in charge of narration is also released. InuYasha and Kagome explain “MAO” and can hear Kagome’s “InuYasha, sitting!” And other nostalgic lines. “MAO” is a story in which a girl who has once died, Rana (or something), meets a boy at “the place where the two worlds meet,” and is caught in a fierce fate ….
