The GTS has seriously become the biggest pile of garbage I've ever seen. I don't have Ruby or Sapphire, so I can't collect the HA Unova starters, so I was hoping to pick an HA Oshawott in the GTS. Oh how naive I was. Everyone wants a god damn shiny mew for EVERYTHING. On the rare accounts I see someone put up a HA otter for something I actually have, I trade the pokemon, and the Oshawott doesn't even have the HA. So god damn stupid. The GTS is a joke and you can't do any serious trading on there anymore which makes it damn near impossible for someone to complete their pokedex.

Just updating to say that Tepig is gone and the trade list has been updated with a 6IV Salamence, 6IV Absol, and Zekrom! All are shiny. c: Heading to bed now. Head hurtss.

So I finished the storyline of Hyrule Warriors. There's still lots of stuff to do in the game, so I'm far from finished, but well...

Don't get me wrong, it's a hella fun game. One fun Zelda reference to another for Zelda fans and I love mowing monsters down with everyone. And oh-me-oh-my that music is fantastic.

But...

I have tried with every fiber of my being to like Lana but I just can't bring myself to. She is SUPER cute and she's fun to play as, but when I see Lana and her part in the story, I am reminded of bad fanfics where the authors write their own mary-su in it to get them in a relationship with the main character. That's what she reminds me of. A mary-su. (Don't even get me started on the fact she gets a Skull Kid costume while WE get NO Skull Kid, save for a half-a-second cameo in Kid Link's moves.)

Don't get the wrong idea, I have no problem with new characters being introduced in the Zelda franchise, I love it! Hell, I even ended up really liking Cia for the cray-cray obsessive fangirl that she is towards Link. I mean, have you seen her stage? Yeesh. But the way they went about Lana is all wrong. You don't make a good character by giving them a cute anime girl look, flashy outfits, giving them all the references to forcefully convince fans that she belongs in the world of Zelda, and give them crazy powers.

I mean for Hylia's sake, they gave her the triforce of power. Seriously? SERIOUSLY? LANA gets the triforce of power? I can't even... please... PLEASE.

The whole I'm-in-love-with-Link thing was completely unnecessary and only proves my Lana-Mary-su image more. If you want to create a new character, that's cool with me man, but don't make her so shallow as that you HAVE to shoehorn the attraction towards Link with her. She could have been a solid character without it. I was rolling my eyes when she was saying goodbye to Link with a sad eyes and hurrying off while Link sadly watches while looking like he just lost a waifu in his harem.

I don't know where I was going with this, but I needed to rant this out. This is my gaming blog so this is where I'm ranting to. Trust me, I don't blame anyone for taking a liking to Lana, I really don't. All the more power to you. This is solely just my opinion. I really do love the game and it's super fun and there are plenty of scenes in this game that I loved (my favorite was Ghirahim and Zant's endless kissing-of-Ganandorf's-ass scene, as it made me chuckle.)

It's definitely a recommendation to Zelda fans.

I am still waiting for someone to explain to me why Agitha is a playable character in this, though. You guys seriously couldn't have found one other character from Twilight Princess to put in there? Not ONE?

I forgot to mention in wondertrade I was trading away lots of 5iv thick-fat piggies and I received an absolutely wonderful shiny 6iv Greninja names Yogurt (CUTE). I'm putting him up on my trade list but he's pretty awesome so I'm not gonna take just any poke for him. No shiny bad-iv Zigzagoons for him okay lol

Got these two lovely babies today. Thankyou pkclp for Keldeo, my little sister loves this pokemon, so I can't wait to gift her this when she visits me! And a thankyou to pkmntopia for my new shiny Ralts, Persephone! I was gonna put her up for trade but I just can't bare to part with her, so I'm gonna evolve her and watch my little ballerina dance all the time. <33

I'm breeding Tepigs with the thick fat ability and a shiny hatched, it unfortunately only has the blaze ability but he is crammed full of egg moves and has 5IV so he is still a perfectly great baby to have. I put him up on my trade page if anyone wants to own a shiny bacon!
