Kyoshi x Fem Reader x Rangi
Kyoshi and Rangi make sparring an art form. The way Kyoshi’s robes fluttered with her movements, how the fire brightened Rangi’s hair.
It’s both beautiful and unfair to watch them like this. The isolated house resting upon a grassy hill grants you three a lot of privacy. This gives your beloved firebender the chance to throw off her shirt when she gets overheated. The sweat glistening off her chest, those toned arms, her pretty face twisting into a scowl. It’s all too much.
Watching your Avatar isn’t much easier. You get the privilege of seeing how she looks with her makeup. All you can think about is kissing her freckles, wrapping your legs around her waist as her strong hands hold you up.
You look down at the fox curled up beside you, fingers tangled in its fur. Kyoshi had named him Yun because he was everything she wanted him to be remembered for. His ear twitches when your nails gently caress the top of his head. He raises his head up and gives you a look that’s eerily intelligent in its smugness.
“Alright, alright, I’m getting up. Don’t look at me like that.” You grumble as you push yourself off the grass to approach your wives.
“Are you guys going to let me get in on the action or force me to watch all day?” You quip, arms crossed over your chest in a manner similar to Rangi’s own mannerisms. You’re around them too much.
The final confrontation against Yun was physically taxing for all of you. There was only so much water tribe healers could do no matter how skilled they were. You weren’t a bender like your loves were. For weeks before the grand showdown the tension was high between you three. Kyoshi wanted you to stay out of it. Never did she think you were weak but she understood that he would see you as a weakness of her’s to exploit.
Rangi was on your side. You had been throwing each other on the ground since you were children. Bender or not, she would never let you be defenseless. The bickering was nonstop until you both finally wore down Kyoshi with late night screaming matches that turned into reassuring whispers that could easily turn into something more. Who could blame you three? There was a chance you were all going to die in a bloody betrayal.
As Kyoshi expected, Yun did see you as the weakest link. All it took was a sharp piece of concrete stabbing into your spine to render you nearly useless. But Rangi was right too. You couldn’t walk but you kept a vice grip on his ankle and let him drag you around. The whole time you stabbed at his leg with your dagger until he kicked you against a wall and knock you out.
You wouldn’t be able to walk again if it wasn’t for Kyoshi’s persistent healing. But you would never be as spry as you used to be. Some days you could run and kick with enough force to break ribs. While some days the pain made you never want to leave bed.
Most of the time you were only confined to watching your lovers spar. But you’re feeling good today and wouldn’t mind if Kyoshi decided that today was a good day to pin you the ground. You definitely don’t mind serving your Avatar.
Rangi turns her attention to you, wiping the sweat off her brow. “See Kyoshi? I told you we were neglecting her, she’s restless.”
“I make sure to kiss you both before the sunrises, after the sunrises, midday, before the sun is about to set, and after the sun has set. If that is somehow not enough then allow me to impaled with one thousand spears and knives.” She’s trying to be serious but you can see the smile she’s struggling to hide.
You snicker, leaning closer to Kyoshi to blow her hair out of her face. “C’mon I’m one of the Avatar’s companions! I have to stay in top form.”
“You’re always in top form but I digress.” Rangi says only to clear her throat when you know she’s flirting shamelessly. “But let‘s do it. Us against Kyoshi, all elements, no rules.”
Oh how you missed this. You and Rangi move in sync, no words are needed between you two. The way Kyoshi dodges your attacks is like a choreographed dance. You leave yourself vulnerable just so your love can lightly grab you by the waist to gently push you away.
When Rangi manages to kick Kyoshi’s fans out of her hands, you tackle Kyoshi. Your hands grab her collar and your legs straddle her waist. Oh her beauty is otherworldly. She bites her lip and you’re suddenly very comfortable with the fact that your living space is secluded.
You lean down closer to her, making sure that she can feel your breath on her neck. “Letting your guard down?” You whisper, “I thought you were better than that.”
Kyoshi swallows. Her body suddenly feels hotter against yours. You wonder if it’s a firebender thing.
“Believe me, if I wasn’t worried about hurting you then you would be in a very different position.”
Why does she do this to you? Do you want to have this mountain of a woman kneeling in front of your feet? Or do you want to surrender to all of her enticing whispers?
“Did you just admit to a lack of restraint?”
Now Kyoshi is stiff underneath you. Your head turns to see Rangi standing over you both with her hands on her hips.
“I trained you better than this, Kyoshi. But if another round of discipline needs to be drilled into your head then let’s all head back inside.”
A strong arm around your waist hoists you up, fingers rubbing gentle circles on your hips. “And you’re going to assist me in showing her all the fun she misses out on when she decides to become impulsive.”
You made the right choice sparring with them.
