Once she did lift her head back up, she found herself tensing up at the sight that she bestowed upon. It wasn’t—It couldn’t have been—? Even if a bit of doubt, her heart was sent racing, speeding up twice its regular beat out of nervousness and that surprise of seeing such a familiar face. Putting her hands down and away from her hair, she silently took in a sharp breath of air, having that loosen her up a bit. It still wasn’t enough to calm her down though. Her hands grew cold and clammy, causing her to pat a part of her pants as she walked towards her bag, slipping her phone inside, soon pretending to fumble through it when she actually stole glances upon him through the mirror. How small was the world that she’d ever have to run into him again?
Despite his mild injury from the previous week, Jinyoung still made his way towards the studio, itching to complete the routine he's been choreographing. Walking with a limp from his left tendon injury, he adjusted his headphones, stopping by a convenience store for some snacks and drinks. He hummed while trudging around, tapping his fingers onto his thigh. Jinyoung kept sneezing for some odd reason; he wasn't allergic to anything, he didn't have a cold. The fuck is wrong with me? His dark brows furrowed together as he unconsciously paid for his items, making his away to the dance studio.
A strange gut feeling hit him, like his body was predicting a misfortune. Maybe he'd injure his leg today? Or he'll get scolded for not being able to keep up? Whatever it was, he wanted it to stop. These bad omens could lead to something, or someone, interfering with his dancing for the day. He couldn't let that happen.
Shaking off the feeling, he focused back on wobbling upstairs to the studio room, greeting all the teachers who happened to be walking by. A few of them stopped him, asking if it was alright for him to dance with a limp. He reassured them; it's not like he hadn't done before. Passing by a few of the other dancers, he plopped down onto the hardwood floor, stretching a bit before class starts. Achoo. Sniffling, he growled, frustrated with all the sneezing he's done in the past hour.
His eyes met the mirror, scanning the room, trying to find familiar faces. No one I kn--what the... His breathing hitched, his eyes squinting to see the figure two feet away from him. It couldn't be her. Why would she be here, out of all places? He felt his chest tighten as he slowly got up on both feet, licking his lips shut. Not sure of what to do, he turned around, sneezing yet again. Maybe that's why he kept sneezing; his body was foreshadowing an unwanted encounter.
Contemplating on speaking to her or not, he scratched the back of his neck, feeling a pair of eyes burning into his skin. "Fuck." The curse word slipped through his lips as he turned around, waving his hand awkwardly. He felt like heaving up his lunch, but he tried his best to grin and bare the uncomfortable situation.
"It's about to get real. Y'all are going to see me booty work."
Jinyoung posed, butt out, hands on knees. He's known for being incredibly goofy, regardless of the location or situation. He stood in the heart of Hongdae as a bunch of people walked by, whispering and staring at him. He didn't care. He was about to do his thing and make his fans happy. The opening of 'Something' blasted through the speakers as Jinyoung snapped his fingers.

And that's what he did. He dropped to his knees, seductively crawling on the ground. Stifling his laughter, he saw a crowd forming in the corner of his eyes, most were snickering at him. After shimming his way up, his hips took over, causing him to lose control and hit all those body rolls and leg bounces with ease.
He couldn't help but sing along as his hips swung to the beat of the music. He was in the zone; he'd become a girl group member for three minutes and twenty two seconds. Forget Yura, Sojin, Minah and Hyeri--it was Yujin, Sojin, Jinah and Jinri. It was Jin's Day. He was Jin's Day.

As the music slowed down, he finally let out a chuckle, ending the dance on the ground yet again. The crowd behind him clapped, some whistled for him. He had successfully completed a girl group cover dance, and he did it in public. I've tarnished my image of the cute YouTube guy. I've become the weird guy who enjoys dancing to Girl's Day.
"Well... There you have it. My hips didn't lie." Jinyoung panned down to his hips again, swaying side to side. "Would you guys like to see mo--should I even ask.
