It's You || Minhee and Leeteuk || { PAST }
He hummed to himself, as he scanned all the rings in the store that he was in. Not one ring screamed Minhee and he was starting to panic on the inside. What if he never found the ring? Then he would have to propose with an onion ring and as funny as she would probably find it, she would also probably say no. He sighed, and took a deep breath as he heard his cell phone again. He bit his lips and smiled. Two hours gave him enough time to find something, go home, get changed and head out to pick her up.
He read the text and the smile stayed on his lips, as he scanned the text over again. Leeteuk truly had no idea how a girl like her had managed to stay with him for as long as she did, and he wanted to ask her that tonight.
{ text: Princess } But baby doll, you are always so pretty! You’re the prettiest ever~
{ text } All the girls are jealous of you.
Leeteuk sent the text and smiled, spotting the perfect ring. This was it. He had to buy it and plan his proposal to a T. It had be perfect. He had to do this much.
She was pouting again, her eyes focused on her brother's back and broad shoulders because while she had said over half an hour ago that they needed to head home, he hadn't budged from dragging her along through store after store. Somewhere in his mind he must have felt bad, right? She couldn't understand why he was stalling from allowing her to go home but his hand was clasped firmly around her own, showing no sign of letting go anytime soon.
"Oppa... We really have to head home-- Are you purposely trying to make me late?" Her nose crinkled faintly along the bridge at the thought of him doing that. Jealousy? Could that be it? Her brothers knew how happy Leeteuk made her so it made sense if he were jealous; they no longer had to baby their baby sister in any form to make her happy because someone else was doing it now. "You'll get there and have time to get ready, Minnie Mouse, now shush yeah?"
She pouted - the tone her brother used was one of such finality that all she could do was fall silent while her message tone went off, soon breaking the silence that she had fallen into. A small smile curled on her lips and she picked up her pace, footsteps matching her brother's so they would be side-by-side as they continued down the street while she answered the text she had just received.
[ text: Knight ] You flatter me so much-- You really... Then should I just not bother with dressing up if you think I'm always pretty?
