Her biggest strength would be in her singing, backed up by years of training from vocal coaches and her extensive background with musical theatre and performing on stage. It's only followed by her dancing, a skill she's been well versed in ever since she was a child because she was practically born into this, this is what she was meant to do. Her third strength lies in her charisma, having honed the skill of dealing with people and handling crowds ever since she was a child.

Her weaknesses, on the other hand, lie mostly in her creativity-- her rigid personality makes it hard for her to spice things up sometimes, and although she's capable of writing her own music/lyrics if she really tried, she mostly prefers singing/performing things that have been laid out for her already (dancing is an exception to this, however); her second weakness lies in her rapping-- she has absolutely no interest or experience in the area whatsoever.

ASPIRATION ! Aspiration...why is this question always so difficult? [/ he sighs, glances at his watch like he has somewhere else he needs to be, but he doesn't]  I...want to be known for my music. To live the life my father never could...most people nowadays become idols, don't they? I guess I can aspire to be one of those-- vocalist, dancer or rapper, either one of those positions would be great, I'm really not that picky. 

STRENGTHS !

Dancing-- he enjoys dancing and doesn't think too much of it, but most people are often awed by it and tell him that he's a natural born dancer, and that he should really make use of his skill

Rapping-- he definitely sings more than he's actually rapped, but surprisingly enough, he's actually really good at it-- a lot better than he is at singing, and it's a little frustrating to him because he's been singing for a lot longer and he doesn't understand why rapping is so much easier for him. 

Camera appeal-- being photogenic comes with being a model, and when he's in front of the camera, he's great at actually showing and delivering the emotion that needs to be delivered; he knows how to work the camera, and he might not say it out loud but he loves being in front of it. 

WEAKNESSES !

Singing-- he can sing, just not well enough, and definitely not as good as his father could-- he wants to-- no, needs to improve so he can eventually be at that level and deem himself as a worthy idol, a true musician

People skills-- he is definitely not a people person, and although he can work with a few people, anything more than that is usually too tedious for him; he prefers to be alone, and this could pose as a problem later on when dealing with other trainees

Motivation-- he wants the fame, that much is sure, but he lacks the drive that most people have-- he isn't as motivated as most people, and definitely not competitive enough to push through everyone else-- though he does work hard.
