Whale, hello! As per usual, I have been crazy busy. Most of the exterior house projects are done. The gutter still isnāt fixed. Stupid gutter. BUT I finished everything I needed to do on the alley side of the bungalow for the moment. Several new boards have been installed. Iām also working on a paver/rock mulch path next to the house. The purpose of that is to keep the little trees from tryingā¦

Man, I canāt believe how fast time is moving right now. June has flown by! Exterior work on the bungalow continues. Last weekendās project was rebuilding the wooden awning over the alley-side door. Previously, there was a hole in it, and one could stand on the ground under it and look up to the sky if one were so inclined. The problem stemmed from an issue with the breezeway roof drainage.ā¦

I know, I know. You didnāt even know I was gone. Such is the way of magic. Over the weekend, the boyfriend and I attended a wedding in North Carolina. It was very pretty! Iām going to need the temps to stop plummeting for a while, for real. I finished about 25% of the exterior work I need to do on the bungalow last weekend. The difficulty wasnāt too intense, but it did take some time. I replaced a couple of siding pieces and patched up one corner of the house.
