For those who just happen to stumble across this blog, here are links to the referenced fanfics. Confessions: A wholesome slow burn between Sonic and Shadow with some background ships that develop. So, crazy idea I had despite my endlessly busy schedule... I have discovered I have a knack for building communities? (Don't ask) and was wondering if anyone would be interested in joining/creating a type of writers guild where we all support each other and have a safe space to share our WIPs & ideas. Essentially, I had the idea for my fellow adult Ao3 sonadow writers/artists who are interested in a Discord & Minecraft server for our ocs/kins/sonas/etc. (Sorry no minors). I thought it would be hella fun to do a SMP with our OCs, use discord as a hub to flesh out ideas, create storylines with each other, and just have a place to just dump writing ideas/fic inspos and appreciate shit from one another. I'm all about the positives in life, and just wanna do something with the community and network and meet new people. It's just an idea for now. It could crash and burn. There'd be a lot to it. Lots of preparations and teamwork and moderation and whatnot... and I'm terrified of even posting this... But, hell, if you wanna make the world a better place and promote safe environments, then you gotta build that shit yourself and you miss every shot you don't take... So here goes... Gonna just get an initial head count of how many peeps would be interested...

Sorry for the lack of updates. Covid has flared up some of my health conditions and I am fighting tooth and nail to get my body stable again.
Constantly reminding myself that:
My 50% is someone else’s 100% at work. (I have like 5 roles, and travel a lot for them… hence why I’m a workaholic 😭)
My disabilities can hinder me, but I can’t let them stop me.
I’ve come really damn far despite everything I’ve been through. And I need to be proud of it.
I’ve grown more and become more confident this year by the risks I’ve taken, but it’s okay to rest because that’s the best time for reflection and learning. Can’t pour from an empty glass.
I’ve already proven myself and my abilities, so I shouldn’t be afraid of having to take a knee for a bit. I know what I can do, and, again, should be proud of it.
If I wasn’t nerfed somehow, I’d be a machine to the workforce and not a human being.
So, it’s okay. I’m okay. It’s just time to rest and look back on everything I’ve done so far and plan for what I want to do next.

Hey, guys! If you're interested in watching a socially awkward person with a very heavy southern accent play games and talk about writing, then man do I have a channel for you. Seriously, though, I would love to share some of my favorite hobbies with you guys and just get to know more people in general. Writing alone has allowed me to meet so many amazing people and I've really been coming out of my shell a lot because of it. So, I just wanna try streaming for a bit and see how it goes. Ya'll are amazing and I really appreciate every single one of you for the support you've given me since the beginning of my journey, and I'm excited to talk to some of ya'll should you choose to watch my stream. I'll try to set up a schedule (Bit hard with my work, but I'll do my best!) I WILL be streaming here in about 2 hours. (WE PLAYING SILKSONG) So, any reblogs would be majorly appreciated. So, I played Schedule I with my sister and brother-in-law, and discovered there’s spray paint now…
While I was tagging everything with Sonic characters, she was tagging everything with the Saja Boys. There was a battle of the hyperfixations between us.
Meanwhile… my brother-in-law was just pickpocketing everyone.
Very productive session LOL.
Fic Update
Whew, finally sitting at my desk after so long. Alright, here's my fic progress report for the upcoming chapters. - Confessions: 6/15 pages - R&R: 11/15 pages - Jealousy: 6/10 - Pride: Haha... Haven't started the next chapter yet... - Memories: Starting a collection of oneshots for it. 1/10 - Swipe Right: Debating how to start the next chapter. Unsure of how many pages, just writing till it feels right for this one. (I will probably make a collection for this one since ya'll want the fluff afterwards. What can I say? Ask and you shall receive.) - It Takes A Village: Had 7/15, but scrapped them. Back to 1/15. - The High Seas: Literally just need to proofread the next chapter. I might take it all down and revamp it at this point. I'm debating. Unpublished WIPs: - Bewitched: 6/12-15 Shadow is a witch who cursed the immortal Mephiles. He hides under the guise of a priest to get revenge on Shadow. (Sonshadamy fic) - Unnamed Fic: 1/20? A oneshot where Sonic and Amy comfort a very overstimulated and overwhelmed Shadow. (Sonshadamy) - When Worlds Collide: 2/? Oneshot of Lancelot coming to see Sonic in his world because Camelot fell to ruin (Like the prophecy foretold). Now Sonic has to get an extremely reluctant Shadow to help figure out what to do with this alternate version of his unspoken crush. (Sonadow, Lansoni) Thank you guys so much for the support. Seriously. It means more than you know.
Ya’ll ever just accidentally rip your own heart out writing a fic? I’m gonna be up all night now staring at the ceiling because of myself.

I've been watching SCP fanmade movies all day and now I'm fighting the urge to write ANOTHER fic series where Shadow is an SCP (Still deciding on level... Archon or Keter maybe?) who befriends a scientist's daughter (Maria) and stops terrorizing the Foundation at some point for her sake, so they just let him exist. Sonic would probably be a Safe Class SCP who just runs the halls and makes everyone smile and tries to be helpful (Like SCP-999) I need ya'll to tell me not to write this and to lock in on my other fics.

In my quest to be productive yesterday, I was practicing my drawing again. I'm not part of art fight, but @almstricc and I attacked each other and UGH THEY DID SO GOOD AGAIN. GO THROW YOUR MONEY AT THEM PLEASE OR GO ART FIGHT THEM (I don't know how it works, but they're a part of it!!! So go give them some love!!!).
I can't make this shit up. Trying to type one handed, holding an ice pack to my jaw as I recover from wisdom teeth surgery. I'm so tired, but all I've been doing is sleeping. I need to do SOMETHING. The demons in my head need to be released, and I need to feel productive, but MAN it's a struggle. (I am aware of the bad grammar here too, I just gotta get the idea down lmao) Working on a story for Memories on Ao3, as I plan to turn it into a collection. It'll def need some editing and a thorough lookover tho when I'm better, if you can't tell LMFAO.

When you want to commission an artist for one of your writing scenes, but literally can't decide which one. THE CHOICES ARE OVERWHELMING AAAAAH. I'm so tempted just to be like "Here's the fic, pick what scene you like, go ham, I'll pay." But is that rude??? To make them read and decide themself??? But at the same time I want them to have a choice in the matter and like seeing people's opinions and creativity match their own flow??? AH. Struggling.
