i find using social media so frustranting. is like our brains are now permanently designed to be constantly thinking about it. and it's not even like i use it that much but when i do i think about what i'm choosing to post and what i'm not and what i should and no one even cares and i'm not even sure i care but it's basically a new form of me demanding something of myself. don't know if it's a common feeling or just my overthinker system
