Inktober Day 2. Soulmates

Inktober. Day 1. UGLY HEART
Okay you're pretty
Your face is a work of art
Your smile could light up New York City after dark
Okay you're Coverboy pretty
Stamped with a beauty mark
But it's such a pity a boy so pretty
With an ugly heart

"You want me to be afraid. And well done. I am the Doctor. And I am afraid." I hope someday actual Doctor Who fans (and other wonderful people who might enjoy other things) will follow my tumblr to see more art. Not just fake porn accounts. 😅 💕 - Yours, Roberta
I love 11th Doctor’s playfulness, he is always excited about everything he encounters, often acts like a child and is very sentimental, he likes to hug and kiss people when he feels like it and it all looks amazing to me, I think “oh I wish we could hang out together and wonder about space and time” but when the Doctor is gloomy or even furious this is something that makes me shiver.

Hey hey hey hey hey, I brought you brand new watercolour sketches that I did rewatching "The Rings of Akhaten" about a little girl who was scared of getting it all wrong in front of thousands of people during the great ceremony where she was to sing a lullaby to an old god... who turned out to be a parasiting monster. Actually, I'm on a run rewatching the whole 7th season of Doctor Who with Matt Smith! So EXPECT MORE 11TH DOCTOR SKETCHES FROM ME this week or so! I have to admit that the plot of some episodes mixed up in my head, but now I'm really enjoying the work that was put into directing of the season. I suggest you to listen the heart-stirring soundtrack of this episode and one of the most moving monologues of the 11th Doctor: "...I walked away from the Last Great Time War. I marked the passing of the Time Lords. I saw the birth of the universe and I watched as time ran out, moment by moment, until nothing remained. No time. No space. Just me. I walked in universes where the laws of physics were devised by the mind of a madman! I've watched universes freeze and creations burn! I have seen things you wouldn't believe. I have lost things you will never understand! And I know things, secrets that must never be told and knowledge that must never be spoken! Knowledge that will make parasite gods blaze! SO COME ON THEN! TAKE IT! TAKE IT ALL, BABY! HAVE IT! YOU HAVE IT ALL!!!" - Yours, Roberta
Five years since Peter Capaldi was announced as the Doctor.
Ahh ok, I feel like it’s time. High time to share my favourite artwork of the Doctor I’ve ever done. No, I think it’s my favourite portrait ever! Why? You won’t believe how spontaneous and relatively quick this portrait was. I had forgotten about everything by the time it was finished, I forgot about trying not to mess up and be cautious with every touch of the brush, but somehow it ended up so lovely. I look into the details and wonder, how did I manage to do this? How does watercolor work? You have to be bold and careful, concentrated and passionate, tender and assertive at the same time. You never know for sure what you’ll get in the end. It’s such a miraculous material. I suppose I got very lucky or I got so carried away that some magic fairies did all the work for me (I wish that happened to me more). Or it’s my obsession with Peter Capaldi that I can draw him blindfolded. Ok now I really got carried away. Enjoy!

Oh Hell No......
So while looking at articles about the apparent suicide of Rick Genest aka “Zombie Boy” as always the internet is quick to throw in their two cents… it’s strange watching Americans throw out assumptions/opinions and… start calling the dude a loser… or a coward etc etc etc… here’s the thing… you ignorant brainwashed sheltered lower middle class (at best) fucks… So I mean… when was the last time these people made music videos with Pop stars? Or…. I dunno… modeled for Thierry Mugler? and made shitloads of money and were insanely successful doing what they fucking WANTED to do? When was the last time they went from brain tumor To Carnie Freak, to Pop Culture Icon? Look… I didn’t know Rick Genest… I have no reason to defend the guy. That’s not the point though… the point is… these rotten bags of flesh, look at a human, and because they aren’t the same as them, and/or because they’re more successful, they immediately feel a need to tear them down to feel better about their pathetic boring sheltered lives. Even if you/they might not be into it, or may even dislike aspects of art and subcultures. The fact you can’t even grasp the concept of what it is and that others may enjoy it, reveals an issue within them/you. It just blatantly states… “Hi, I’m ignorant as fuck, I don’t like to think outside myself, and having to understand things is too difficult for my brain.” There’s PLENTY of art forms, and types I do not fucking enjoy…Plenty of music genres, etc etc etc…. however you don’t see me screaming about how those people or those that enjoy the art/music/subcultures I do not, are losers. The fact it exists and people are successful doing so instantly would prove me wrong in that case. So….. before you fucking head off to stock shelves at NAPA, ACE Hardware, or your Local grocery store… consider my words and the vast life experience, travel, fame and success of those you’re trying to bash, before you open your stupid noise holes. Whatever… R.I.P. my man. Your style and art was awesome. Thank you for existing. <3
I strongly agree with the post. People can be so mean and plain stupid when reacting to someone's death (especially if it's suicide). Picking on a person like scavengers and tearing their life to bits, every decision they ever made, every word they ever sad. Do they realise what they are saying?? This man is gone. He can't even respond to your shit. And these cruel people laugh together like they are 'the normal ones', ' the clever ones', like they totally see this coming, and (the worst) like this person totally deserves all this, as if death won't get them because of these stupid reasons. Guess what? All these words is a one big fat dirty lie. And death comes for everyone. So be careful what you say and show some respect to those who passed away.
Bill Potts, the final episode of the 10th season. It was such a challenging portrait! If you take a look at my other portraits, you'll notice I love painting every shade of people's skin. At least that's what I'm trying to get. Plus I had so much fun drawing her curly hair! - Yours, Roberta
Phil Lester in watercolours. (I could draw him for hours.) Feel free to reblog!

By the way, they definitely have seen this picture in the fanbook that was given to them in Moscow. That is so cool if you think about it! I haven’t met them, and yet they have seen my art! What do you think about it?

This is what painting feels like. And I must admit, it’s worth it.
Initially I drew this for my public page’s avatar on vk in 2016. I still like it and I think it represents my creative process pretty accurately. http://vk.com/nimrodhusainka

I see you guys love the Twelfth Doctor, so I decided to share with you one of my favourite portraits of him. I drew this in my sketchbook not long after seeing the Christmas special in cinema. It was a truly memorable night.
Perhaps I will post every other day some old & new stuff that I’ve drawn and hope it won’t get lost in the Internet. ;)
Hey I'm so happy my previous post got tumblr's attention (Peter Capaldi's eyes)! Thank you all for liking and sharing. Now I'm posting the full portrait. As you can see, I really enjoy working on details, so feel free to open it in full screen.
