Being in the office every day is so unbelievably draining. I could barely do it before covid and I can barely do it now. I don't mind a hybrid schedule at all but five days is killing me. It's temporary thank god but ugh.

I gotta play like 20 hours of Fallout 4 every few years so I remember that I don't actually like it and the game isn't recognizing my fucking controller so I can't even check again to make sure it's just not my type of Fallout game. It's the most referenced and the most recent game so I'm always like "Wait AM I missing something??" The answer is always no but maybe this time it'll be different. If I could get my controller to work.

Found an old friend's blog and after a quick scroll I'm SO glad we're no longer friends. He seems incredibly pathetic while at the same time thinking he's better than everyone, which, honestly, is how he always was so I can't pretend like I'm surprised he's still like that.

I hate my period.

I want to do something today. My brain wants me to move around and get stuff done around the apartment, maybe run some errands, but my body feels like I ran a marathon yesterday (I didn't. I sat on the couch and worked from home).

Also, I'm on week 2 of the wegovy pill and I have lost absolutely nothing lol. I'm hoping it's all bloat from my period, and I ate salty fast food last night for dinner, but damn, I'm out here nauseous almost every morning and I've been doing it because I'm assuming it'll go away eventually, and I love love love how I look when I'm about 15 pounds lighter. I don't look bad now but I'm trying to look better than "not bad" lol. And I can't even exercise today because I'm just so sore. I may try to shuffle around the block and maybe to the Mediterranean market to buy one of their little ice cream novelties.

I start my new job in two weeks and I'm hoping the stress of my previous position will go away and that alone will help me drop a pound or two. I hate to talk about weight but I'm vain, my face doesn't look good with weight on it. I'm not particularly pretty (face card declines constantly over here lmao) and my facial structure doesn't support weight gain in a flattering way. Other people can pull it off but I simply cannot!

I'm going to nap I think.
