I hope I'm not being a Debbie downer but I see a few headcanons here and there of interpretation of music Alex might like apart from classical nothing wrong with it, imagine what you like! You're not hurting anyone! but I honestly can't imagine it, OLD songs? Maybe! Orchestra's? Yeah! Music involving mainly traditional instruments maybe? But newer stuff? Modern music like Rap or Mitski I can't see it really I think he might say he does or pretend to when it's convenient to him but I think he'd probably be tearing it down with the internal monologue inside, I think he's probably quite a puriest with music honestly, that's sorta what makes him stand out his tastes contrasting with the way he is, I think we saw a glimpse of that from the book if I remember correctly, when he came across the girls in the music store he described their modern music tastes as "cal" which is shit in nadsat speak,
