Taken right before my phone was dropped and broken...... Today is day one of training and I fought to get out of bed this morning. I haven't been up that early for a pre-work run in a looooong time. Tomorrow is hill repeats!

Today's run brought to you by Strapping Young Lad. Got a late start to run club this morning due to my daughters new gymnastics schedule. Felt good for the first 3 miles and around mile 4 my hip/glute area started tightening up cutting today's run short. I either need some new shoes, or a trip to #spineandsport to see good ol Dr. Josh.
