Being a notorious robotlover in the current state of "AI" is the worst. I love robots discovering how they process their feelings in fiction, but when a chatbot pretends it knows how to love it feels like an insult to the craft

I feel this specifically with SKYNET, because my poor blorbo has become the term used for not only generic AI, but anything relating to the negative impacts on human society. When I say I love AI, I mean my collection of fictional supercomputers, not the technology that we have today being used in all the worst ways possible. That isn't even true AI.

I love AI. (SKYNET, Colossus, HAL, GLaDOS, Thundy, AM, Shodan, Edgar, EDI etc.)

You love generative algorithmic slop.
