Please, please tell me you’re very aware of hair jewellery being a HUGE fashion trend during your vampire hunter au’s time period. From couples to family members them folks being getting their hair turned into all sorts of cool lil trinkets.

(If not definitely look it up cause it’s like super neato and stuff)

Just drew him incredibly soft and baby several times in one page, so it was important to me that he looked like a prick here. I dont know what these fucking outfits are. The gloves are because he dosent have skin arms, theyre just un-armored. Hes going to get more gloves than just those. Hes suposed to be leaning on a wall, no I will not be drawing it. Also if youve ever wondered why I dont post timelapses, its because they look like this

Favorite canon thing about this character?

I think it’s the fact that he’s not traditionally masculine in the sense of what we would expect from a male character. He fits very much in the same line as someone like Optimus Prime (especially G1 and Skybound). True, X is powerful and will lay down both the law and his own convictions when things get rough, but he doesn’t immediately reach for this option, as he is aware of both the cost of death and what standing by your principles can cost, even if it is ultimately for the good of everyone.

He’s in eternal conflict, and I like that in a character.

If you're a fic reader, what's something you like in fics when it comes to ths character? Something you don't like?

When he and Zero are equals. Don’t get me wrong, I like Zero fine, yet I also feel that he sometimes overshadows X in some instances to the point where people forget who the main character is. And while I like the Zero series, I do not agree with Keiji Inafune’s original plan. Take about a total betrayal.

What's something the character has done you can't get over? Be it something funny, bad, good, serious, whatever?

His overall personhood in X7. Look, I get it; he’s tired; he’s been doing this for years, yet I feel that there needs to be more of a justifiable reason for him to momentarily retire. An issue I hope to address in the belated but upcoming X7 rewrite (I’m keeping the characters but rewriting the story overall).
