Rock My Socks in music film clip!

It’s not every day you get your product into a music film clip, but that’s what happened to little old start up Rock My Socks!

Just a month after launching our brand our socks were worn by the Bombs Away boys Tommy & Sketch and Luke Jacobz (X-factor host and actor) in the music film clip for their hit single Better Luck Next Time!

Design A Space - A creative and innovative concept in fashion retail

Rock My Socks debut range is now for sale at Design A Space in Fitzroy Melbourne! We absolutely love the idea behind this store and the support and exposure it gives to up and coming Australian designers. He’s a little background for you about how it all started!

Bec & Chris Lutz established the first Design a Space store in 2006, bringing a completely new concept to the retail industry. The idea was hatched after they identified a lack of brands and variety in retail shops, and Bec, a designer herself, found it difficult to rely on wholesalers to stock her fashion labels one-of pieces and limited designs as well as her commercial lines.

So they came up with the concept of Design A Space to promote and showcase the talents of independent Australian designers by giving designers their own space in store that they can change all the time, showing off new designs, creative one off pieces and limited edition runs. The Design A Space stores give these artists a unique platform to gain further exposure for their brand and collections at the same time offering customers a unique opportunity to access original pieces and buy new and up and coming brands.

There are now three Design A Space stores at 212 Brunswick Street Fitzroy, 20 Manchester Lane Melbourne and 142 Chapel Street Windsor, showcasing more than 100 designers across men’s, women’s children’s fashion. Pop in and pick up your Rock My Socks designs at the Fitzroy store today!

Rock My Socks is doing its bit for Movember!

  What's it all about?

In Movember (the month formally known as November) millions of men across the globe are challenged to "Grow a Mo" to raise money and awareness for men's health.

By sprouting moustaches the Mo Bros change their facial appearance and the face of men's health, and in the process bring attention and awareness to issues and diseases such as depression, prostate and testicular cancer. They also raise lots of money! 

  When did it start?

The moustache growing global event started over 10 years ago by some blokes in Melbourne! God we are a great city and a great people! Now 4 million across the world take part.

Show me the money! 

So far Movember has raised $443 million!  The money is being spent on funding more than 500 men’s health related projects.

Rock My Socks is donating $1 from each pair of socks sold this month (November) to Movember. Let’s see how much we can give!
