finally being diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder is the most validating feeling. finally having a medical professional acknowledge my eating disorder is also incredibly validating. and knowing how the two intertwine in my daily life is absolutely insane. like my entire life, past & present, finally makes sense. holy shit. okay now what lol
