you’re so right to complain about doomsday cuz it really does feel as if they keep making the scale of the movies and the stakes even higher to the point where it’s too big to care about anything. first it was the infinity stones then bringing everyone back then the multiverse and now whatever’s happening in this new one. audience fatigue is going to be at an all time high + i doubt new, younger audiences will care as much since the first movie came out ~15 years ago. i think the studio knows it’s a dying franchise so they’re bringing back all the original people to prey on fans’ nostalgia and keep bringing in money instead of investing in new, interesting stories/characters. im tired of this grandpa!!!!!!

Doomsday looks pathetic because it was a plan B and to cover up their messes

i'm just gonna forever be bitter that the mcu had the perfect opportunity in phase 4+ to choose from the hundreds of interesting characters in marvel IP to adapt and flesh out and expose to a huge, largely supportive audience
