one of the small yet personally significant reasons why robby pisses me tf off is because he keeps clowning dr. al-hashimi's idea to have two attendings in the ER going forward. like genuinely what the fuck is wrong with you. all these people you allegedly care about burning out right before your eyes. samira is distraught javadi is exhausted dana is hanging by a thread emma has been assaulted jesse has been detained langdon might relapse santos doesn't have time to chart fucking ogilvie even is losing his mind. and you don't want more staff?
