iruka is one of those characters that doesn't have a super consistent look in the anime. he's always got the defining features, mainly the scar and hair, but the way he's drawn is just a tad different each time and its probably because he shows up so sporadically (20+ episodes apart sometimes) but you can always tell when the person animating him really likes him. it's great

thinking about kakashi being so down bad and overcome and conflicted by a deep-seated carnal need for iruka that he just sits in his room perfectly still late one night contemplating smashing his head into the wall for some form of release before ultimately cranking one out, crying, then falling asleep 2.5 hours before he was to wake up for a week-long mission in mist or something
