HE HAS STRETCH MARKS!!!! if everything inside him grows insanely fast that his physical body cannot keep up it should show!!!!!!!! a moot gave a wonderful idea of making the stretch marks like kintsugi, which is like those pieces of pottery you intentionally break and put back together with gold or some type of metal, so that's why his stretch marks are gold :3
