unlike the others before him, happy with just maintaining what they had, the last emperor, claudius ii, also gained glory as a conqueror.

the current emperor continues in this tradition. a skilled strategist, he’s been able to balance both his military campaigns, and the happiness and infrastructure of his own growing population.
