I feel like these two kind of go together, even though they’re done during different times. The latter one is titled “Storytellers” as I wanted to depict how stories can impact our lives and the upper one is titled “Normality in Peculiarity”. It is a continuation of the first idea, showing how stories can make us feel like we belong.
A storm of weird dreams lately which resulted in me painting this weird alicorn with too many limbs.
Also, I bleached my hair on my own for the first time because my roots had grown out! Exciting times we live in.

Now I also painted half of my head orange-ish (official color name is Bloody Mary, gee) and other half turquoise (offcial name is Tammy, kinda disappointing, I know)
A blackout poem I made as a last assignment for my creative writing class.

🌞sunman🌞
I absolutely adore the concept of sun - the goldness of it, just sitting in warm sunshine, sunsets and rises - but since I wear glasses (i don't have optical sunglasses yet, so everything hurts when sun shines very bright qwq) and prefer colder weather then all I wanna do when sun is actually out, is sit inside near my cold fridge. Anyone else like that or just me-

In my imagination, she just lives somewhere in a small cottage by a big lovely lake with her swans. She likes to daydream and read books while sitting on the fresh grass. She occasionally talks with other birds and squirrels.

Just thought, I'd post it here as well. This was honestly so much fun but it took such a long time :0

Hi! If you like my work, then please consider supporting me on Ko-Fi ! Reblogs are highly appriciated :)
Here’s sth I made to promote my Ko-Fi page, hope you like it! It’s inspired by a coffee advertisement from 19th century.
I did some environmental drawings, aaaaa! I still find them super tricky but so far I've come up with few tips that have helped me a t o n.
Just gonna leave them here in case someone finds them useful :}
- master perspective. this can be a bit tricky at first but it's a core fundamental skill for drawing environments. i found watching simple yt videos the most helpful (Circle Line Art School makes easy to follow tutorials!). make sure to follow along!
- think of your environments as characters and describe them. wanna draw a field ? what kind of field is it? is it a sunny summery cornfield under a blue sky or a misty lavender field filled with soft white bunnies ? asking these sorts of questions makes your vision more specific, so it's much easier to draw.
- references, references, references! collect images of rooms, props to put into these rooms, fields, forests, trees, couches, a n y t h i n g! and if you're stuck just pull this folder out, combine references and if you draw directly from them, always remember to credit :)
- most importantly, don't give up! I've struggled with drawing environments for such a long time since i sucked at perspective and it seemed boring to me. drawing environments literally feels like magic now since i can m a k e u p a place that didn't exist before!! pure magic.
hope this was somewhat helpful! if you'd like more tips on something then please let me know, i am not exactly an expert but I'd love to help out as much as i can :}
Some more colored pencil sketches, this time of old people. I find that they have tons of personality, so old people are always super fun to draw !
Sketch of my best boy Patrick Melrose, since I adored this series!! I want to read the book as well but I am in a bit of a reading slump atm, so oh well.
