outlook dire for June -

At least for now. I've put this off for as long as I could, but as much as I hate resorting to it again, I have to ask for help.

I spent the last of my resources yesterday to pay for a room this week--leaving me with literally $5.60 to my name. I'm rationing my food right now and will likely run out by Wednesday suppertime (which also means no birthday cake tomorrow, let alone even a slice). Trying my best to stay upbeat and not worry about what comes next week. While praying that I can get some sort of advance on my pay (which is complicated by the fact that my State I.D. got lost on the way to a friend's address it was supposed to be forwarded to; Management is not inclined to make an exception for the transaction without it). So, any donations would be greatly appreciated, along with reblogs of this post...and of course, your prayers.

Ultimately, I'm also going to need to raise some funds to cover lodging for next week, as I don't get paid again until June 18th. I will be reblogging this post daily, so if you don't want to keep seeing it, you can block the tag #coping with homelessness.

I'm gonna just make a new post since the old one is...old.

I am technically employed rn, but I'm only working 6 hours a week; all the other job offerings at this agency are too far for me to get to since I don't drive and have to rely on Uber. My unemployment has already reached it's limit, and if I have to go back on rent assistance/food stamps I'm gonna rip my own head off. (And that's if Trump doesn't take all that shit away, bc ofc he would)

I had a job interview this past Friday but I've yet to hear back as of writing this post. I'm honestly at a loss of what to do with myself at this point. I don't want to give up, but the past year has made it hard. On top of all this I'm struggling with health issues that I won't get into on this post.

I'm not going to ask that you send me a lot of money; heck, if you want I'll doodle something if you'd like, but I really need the help right now. I know my problems sound small compared to everything else going on in the world, but if you can help i would appreciate it so much.

Hopefully I'll find employment soon and be back to at least being steady enough instead of in survival mode again. Thanks.

Good morning, afternoon, or evening, my dear friends and followers who still linger while this little blog withers.

I know, it has been some time since I have given this place the proper attention, and while I long to sit down and write out everything swirling in my head, many things have been a difficult obstacle in my path, as well as, I hate to admit it, a strong sense of apathy. So, I find myself loathing to even begin to type this out, however, situations being as they are, I find I am turning to the last source of aid I can pull upon without shattering my pride completely.

I am hitting a financial difficulty, I need to come up with half of my rent, and I have been missing hours, due to needing to be here at the house for my mother, who is now in the hospice house either till she is stable or...

It is a difficult time.

I am not asking for a handout, but if you find you have something you would wish for me to write, in exchange for money, I will happily write for you.

I am not setting prices, just.. give me an idea of what you want, and name your price.

My goal? $300. I have the rest saved, but I am $300 short. Please. If you can, reach out, I will respond as soon as I can.
