The shop has always been a family business, owned by Salavdor's adoptive parents, and later by Salvador himself, but since Salvador doesn't have any children, he's currently looking for someone to lend the shop to

That someone might be Javier, his right hand's son.

Ernesto is the one who actually runs the shop. Salvador used to do it, but he is almost retired, and comes and goes as he pleases.

Nicolás was originally hired for a part-time summer job, but he just never left

Aida started going there to study and it became her natural habitat. Everyone there knows her and she knows everyone. She's ten cups of coffee away from having her own table.

Eva goes there for the postureo(tm) and she doesn't actually like coffee. She always orders hot chocolate, but Nicolás lets her snap people's orders before taking them to the tables.

Javier always promotes the shop in his videos (along with his merch) and he singlehandely invented a secret menu for his viewers.
