You are worth it :))
Sometimes you think you won’t be able bear it, until you do. And you realize that for better or for worse, life goes on, things get better, with or without. And that you can do more than just bear it, you can live past it. Learn and grow from it. Some plans may have changed along the way, some of the faces may be different, some promises may have been broken -shattered even, but the dream remains even if it is slightly altered. Sure, perhaps some things will never be the same. But perhaps they aren’t supposed to be.
I feel so lost in this Dunyā
I pray that September, October, November, & December are all months full of growth, blessings, productivity, new doors open & opportunities.
Thank you
A Final Word On Pakistan: Imagine that every time you have a lapse in judgment, it gets printed in newspapers around the world: every time you lose patience with your children, every time you scream at someone in traffic, every time you drink too much and do something you regret. Each time you slip up, everyone hears about it. The world is never notified about the 99.99% of the time that you are a completely normal, productive, law-abiding citizen. The world only learns about you when things go wrong. Now imagine what the world would think of you. It’s not that terrorism, patriarchy, and violence aren’t real problems in Pakistan. They exist and the country is battling these issues every single day. Pakistanis are very much aware of the extremism in their midst. The problem is that so many people seem to only be aware of that extremism. Because just as in the hypothetical example above—the other 99.99% of life just doesn’t make the news. When there’s only room in the newspaper for a single column about Pakistan, it’s going to be filled with the most compelling story. And unfortunately, that tends to be the most violent story. And those are important stories. Those are the types of stories that expose corruption, stop genocide, and alert the world to emerging threats. It’s right for those stories to be told. But when those stories are all that we hear, it’s so easy to imagine a world that’s far scarier than it really is. You lose sight of the 99.99% of the world that’s not scary at all. And living in fear can be a dangerous thing. Because if we’re afraid of each other, we’ll never be able to work together to solve our common problems.
People Change
People Change. People move on. The people you least expected end up hurting you. People will always disappoint you but I think the biggest thing to understand is people were always meant to come and go. This world we live in in temporary and I think at times we forget that. The pain and happiness of this world clouds our understanding of reality. Sometimes all you must do it let go and move on. Believe that people/things are meant to come and go in your life. When Allah (SWT) takes something/someone from you He will definitely replace it with something/someone better. So don’t despair, Allah’s Mercy is always with you. Keep moving on, forgive, have hope, and live life one day at a time.
Much Love,

perhaps, the problem is not the intensity of your love, but the quality of the people you are loving.

So true. Make sure you choose the right people worth loving!

I think the worst thing one could do is question the state ones in by saying “what if so and so had or hadn’t happened”, “I wish I didn’t do this and I wish I had done that instead”. I think all these things come together and plant this seed of uncertainty in our heads that can lead to some majorly negative thoughts and sometimes even negative actions. We should also remember nothing happens without the will and decree of Allah (SWT). He has a plan for us and we don’t see it now but we will in the future. Umar Ibn Al Khattab said: “Go easy on yourself, for the outcome of all affairs is determined by God’s decree. If something is meant to go elsewhere, it will never come your way, but if it’s your destiny, from you it cannot flee.”
I think the best piece of advice I would give myself and others is that don't look at what’s missing instead look at what you have. Look at the vast amounts of blessings Allah (SWT) has given you. Be grateful for every single thing given to you and I promise you won’t have time for “what ifs” or even a negative thought. Instead of regretting and complaining put all your energy into doing the best with the situation given to you. This is just something that was on my mind for a while and thought I would share it with y’all. Definitely a reminder for myself before others.
Much Love Uroosa
The trait that defines us as Muslims is modesty. Not just in action but in speech. Please be weary of the posts that have excessive amounts of profanity (including blog names).
Also, reblogging risqué pictures causes more of a detriment than you think. We desensitize ourselves to the point that...
Well said mA. I think we all need to filter what we say before we say it! A reminder for myself before others
The happiest people are the people who have found that Allah is enough.
(via lovemebunga)
Most definitely true!
Maybe missed opportunities and people walking out of your life are the biggest signs that He’s still with you. So many people get everything they want. So many people only get the good in life.
But this life ain’t it…that’s the point…
Missed opportunities and people walking our of your life...
Well said mashaAllah. Sometimes when we miss an opportunity or we lose people we forgot that this could be a good thing for is instead of bad. Think positively.
Never doubt Allah, even if you don't get the answers you want. Allah is in control and knows what's best for us. His plans are better!
Never ever doubt Allah (SWT). Amazing reminder for myself before others.
Well said mA.
It's true how when Allah(SWT) takes something or someone away from you, He definitely replaces it with something or someone better.
Whether you matter to people later on or not, who cares? You were a part of their life, a part of their story for a certain time and made a positive contribution in helping them become the person they became. You had a part in it. People come and go. That’s life. What matters is that you mattered...
You actually put it up? :)
Once on a cold night, Ibn `Umar pronounced the Adhan for the prayer at Dajnan (the name of a mountain) and then said, “Pray at your homes”, and informed us that Allah’s Messenger (صلى الله عليه و سلم) used to tell the Mu’addhin to pronounce Adhan and say, “Pray in your homes” at the end of the...
