I don’t believe children should be drinking alcohol, I am aware it is not apart of the pact and it is not my role to enforce it but I do have to enforce something else.
This child is affiliated with the Brimmed Caps, and by drinking Alcohol it only makes the usage of forbidden magic even more dangerous and risky. I cannot turn a blind eye, even if there was no Alcohol involved. It is my role.
Knowing how Utowin is of all people is when drunk… but that is besides the point.
I will request a search for this child immediately, in hopes we can prevent any tragic accidents.

And if so, how'd you feel about what Tartah did? It was pretty surprising, putting magic on himself, then what he did with it…

Oh yeah, there are rumors that Coco used to be an outsider. Something about accidentally turning someone important to her to stone with a forbidden spell? Rumors say she got a book of spells from somebody at a festival somehow and it came with a disguised pen and ink. Not sure how she figured out how to use it. I think there was an exception made for her due to the circumstances and the fact she's the only one who can identify the book. After all if there are more out there then that's an issue.
