just went thru the 9 circles of hell trying to find the email for this acct so i could check to see if i had 2fa installed (i did!) to protect this trash heap.  i somehow accidentally logged into my old simblr i forgot existed before ever logging into here.  did u know i had a simblr?  i didnt!  i thought it was a sideblog on here i deleted but no i left it up and just forgot it was its own thing for 12 yrs

i am happy with how i look now and im sorry im rarely on here. i think the time period i was active on here was incredibly depressing and this account is a monument to my misery. that said, some of u mattered to me a lot and im sorry we had to fall out of touch when i left here for twitter. if u miss me, too, feel free to reach out, here or there. ill check messages again the next time i have to log back in

hello people heres my semi annual "i logged in to see if anyone i miss got in touch w me and gave me off-tumblr contact info, may as well make a post" life update:

i got myself a new little froggie, lumi, for hanukkah. theyre adorable

my dog, frankie, passed away in january at the age of 14

i had cancer... hopefully past tense (get lab results next wk)

my mom is convinced i need to get married (since im 25) so if ur a jewish dyke in the midatlantic region...

...aaaaand i have a pair of sexy neck scars now

also my friends and i started a book club! its been really fun. we all met on here way back when so thats neat

my weekly dnd campaign is now 3.5yrs old. cant wait til its 5 so i can make a 5e pun. despite meeting all my players thru my writing im continually shocked that my friends like my plotlines enough to stick around for this long

hey yall reminder that ive moved to twitter pretty exclusively (and switched to a new twt acct recently bc id had the old one since my early teens)

a sad little life update: anora, my beloved frog, passed abt a month ago and ive been kinda down 

also if u met me thru my writing todays my 5 yr anniversary of posting stuff so thats pretty neat!  100 fics in that one series in 5 yrs, plus abt 25 other fics that i posted, and quite a few i didnt.  all told, nearly 1mil words.  not half bad
