I just started reading From Below by Darcy Coates, a pretty creepy book about a crew trying to film a documentary about deep water diving to explore a mysterious ship wreck

And I think it's building up to be some kind of supernatural horror behind the wreck, but honestly deep water scuba diving in the dark, confined space of a sunken ship is already so scary to me I honestly don't believe that ghosts can increase the nightmare fuel here

Are ghosts really scarier than nitrogen narcosis? Doubtful
