Midgame
Very well respect around Galar and liked thanks to his cheery and outgoing charisma. He loves and wants only the best for Galar .. at any costs. He's also rather short-sighted, impatient and reckless. A gung-ho personality means for better or worse ( worse in this case ) he makes leaps without seeing where things are going to land first.
Something something the end justifies the means and something something absolute power corrupts absolutely no matter how well-meaning.
He has lots of connections and close partners, some rather uh .. dubious to say the least. He's knowledgeable about who they are, what they do to a point but ya know .. uh .. maybe if he just .. turns his head a little he can't see it. Sure. His focus is on Galar so what they do behind closed doors is not for him to worry about.
His plan to use the Darkest Day and Eternatus to oversee the power supply shortage some 1000 years into the future is his biggest bet to solving this with the pokemon already captive and dormant.

Turns himself in after realizing Eternatus could not be controlled even with Leon's strength and even his backup checks failed. Thankfully it was subdued by Victor/Gloria and Hop with Zazamenta and Zacian.
Steps down from Macros Cosmos for Leon to take over as chairperson. He's going to cut himself from any outlet that gave him control, freeze or sign over his accounts to either Macro Cosmos or outlets in Galar, and take his time in prison to reflect.
Insert reason for a very carefully watched parole overseen by Interpol and kept on a very tight leash no doubt. He can't leave Galar and has frequent check ins with Interpol agents.
Which is fine cause all he wants to do is make peace for an absolute diaster he caused to a region he thought he was doing well for. He wants to go back to roots.
Which iiis his childhood cottage somewhere between Wedgehurst and Postwick on the outskirts.

A DEEP exhale came from the wolf Pokemon as she spotted the man in her territory. Slumbering Weald was a place of sanctuary, and she kept a close eye on the other as she found him getting close to the gravesite. The glade was a beautiful place for solace. Perhaps he meant no harm...?
An ear gave a twitch as she stepped into the light not too far off from the entrance, the sun's beams warming her fur as her amber eyes remained focused on Rose.

OKAY SO DECIDING WHAT TO DO HERE this is going to be low activity so im not jumbling around, but the itch is certainly here for this silly man .
I am going to choose to play him main verse rather then post just so I can explore that part ( just uuh dont think about it too hard contextual/time wise gfdgfd ). But Ill play by ear too if you want post-Rose! Im loose on this so ya know, however the wind blows!
Im going to type a quick overview of things when Im not at work whoops, but just to get this out here because its been a major problem in the past that kills my muse quickly.
Please don't? Sort of write me in a corner by having a muse be super hostile to the point that it kind of,,,doesnt go anywhere? Kinda hard to explain 🤔 Like obviously as a villain or a moral-grey it's warranted, but to come from muses who either wouldnt know about the event, wasn't there personally, wouldnt feel about it one way or another or such a thing wouldn't affect them, etc it's daunting to make a good thread or interaction from that. Obviously galar muses/gym leaders and what not would feel some kind of way because it affects them directly. This is more for post-Rose then anything. I think this mostly comes from playing as the MC and having that first player perspective and meta when your muse is someone completely different. This happens like every game and it's bound to happen.
And again I'm not saying be nice or sympathize cause how your character or muse feels is not up to me (like rich dude literally is trying to set up armageddon for a problem that's not really a problem so--), but dont expect any deep plot or ic growth w/ Rose if they're hostile always right off the bat.
