Guys, go to the doctor’s RIGHT AWAY if you get sick. Please.
So,
Some of you might be wondering why I haven’t been that active on Discord, Twitter or here on Tumblr, which goes with replying to messages and replying to comments etc. I’m very sorry for that and I’ll be more active when I’m healthy again. Thanks for bearing with me, I’m basically sleeping most of my days away. Let me explain.
Well, These last 2-3 months, I’ve been feeling very sick. It’s more like an on/off sick feeling, but let me explain.
In late Feburary, I got a rash on my arm. It might have been an insect bite but I’m not sure; it was very itchy but nothing more, until it started getting bigger and spreading up my arm.
I didn’t think much of it, since my little sister has exzema, and I thought that maybe I have that too. At the time, I was studying for exams, but I couldn’t get anything into my head. I normally do absorb stuff pretty well but I just couldn’t remember even if my life depended on it. I felt reaaally lightheaded, but I thought “oh well that’s just the way it is”.
I had really bad Indigestion as well, to the point I thought I was going to throw up. I’ve had this for few months, and the new dizziness didn’t really make me worried, since I figured it was just my irregular sleeping pattern that came with exams.
Needless to say, exams rolled around and I failed all of them. As expected.
I was planning on going to see a doctor about the rash, but then, just like that, it went away and I thought it was all over.
That’s when one or 2 weeks later, I started Feeling REALLY faint and sick when I got up to work early one morning. I went to work anyway, thinking I was only drowsy from waking up early, and that’s when I fainted at work. It was embarassing as hell, but even after lying on the floor for 30minutes, guzzling down water and eating, the world just didn’t stop spinning aound me. I staggered home, I felt like I was going to throw up and my vision kept blacking out on public transport but I got home alright.
I slept for 10 hours every night and up to 4h during the afternoon, for weeks. The new semester started, but due to the sudden bouts of extreme nausea and feeling I was going to collapse at any moment, I hardly went to class.
Again I thought “Maybe I’m just sleeping too much” and tried, and failed, to get my sleeping pattern back on track. After a few weeks of trying and seeing if it would get better, my dizziness and nausea increased. I went on a family vacation but couldn’t do anything because I felt so sick and had to lie down all the time. I skipped my period for 3 months (no, I’m not pregnant) and when that happens it’s an indication that something is seriously wrong.
My vision started blurring over the next week (even now when I’m typing I can’t see or think clearly, so sorry for any obvious mistakes.)
******
NOTE: On some days, I was almost completely fine, but on others, I was practically dying. That’s why I waited so long to see a doctor. AND I’ve had dizziness due to irregular sleep before, so yeah. My rash wasn’t the typical bulls-eye rash either, so I wasn’t all too worried.

When I started getting cramps in my upper abdomen and started pooping grey poop, which indicates liver failure, I went to the doctor and explained what happened.
He said “Oh shit this sounds like Lyme Disease or Hepatitis A.” I’m scheduled for a blood test this Friday, but if it is Lyme Disease, I might have waited too late for antibiotics and might suffer side effects for the rest of my life.
BUT!!!!! Be rest assured though: he said he’s not entirely convinced it is, it might be something else!! We’ll await the blood test results.
I’m absolutely exhausted though, typing this just took me an hour alone because I can’t remember how to spell words, lmao. I’ll try to keep in touch with you all, but it’s very hard at the moment.
I’ll keep you guys updated but I’ll be keeping on taking a rest from my electronic devices, but please don’t be worried, I’m going to get treated
And re-reading this makes my symptoms look HEAVILY bad, but even though i suffered alot, I’m alright, I’m just very dizzy alot, it will probably pass.

But yeah guys, valuable lesson learnt:
Always see a doctor when you start getting dizzy, lightheaded, or nauseated.
Hope everyone has a great week! <3
