Bunch of stuff for a species I'm in

So i’m coding a game’s dialogue system right now. And the current thing I’m doing is configuring character animations and positions and such, and writing some fully formatted example dialogue of characters in the game to demonstrate how to use the system I’ve made.

Because the creator of epithet erased brendan blaber apocalypse released literally 100% of the sprites from the show on his patreon, and I need placeholder sprites for characters in a lot of different expressions, I decided to sub to his patreon for a bit and use the epithet sprites as placeholders until I get full sprite art from the character portrait assets member of the dev team.

Which leads to situations like this

Caine has what i’d call Album Cover disease. where he gets shots which are so artistically intense and cool that they feel less like a part of a tv show and more like an album cover or a painting. To the point where it can genuinely take me out of scenes because he’ll just be aura farming for genuinely no narrative reason sometimes. Especially a problem in episodes 8 and 9. This particular example is the least takes-me-out-of-things out of the ones i’ve collected; here’s the other 5

I wonder how many people understand that these are two separate things happening in different times. One is Caine coming more and more into existence and discovering the obsolete unused brain scans, and the other is Caine gaining access to the random WiFi hotspot that just appeared temporarily (as they often do) nearby. They’re both moments of self discovery which is why we cut back and forth between them, but they are undoubtedly not happening at the same time.

I worry people might think these are congruent events and be confused why Scratch suddenly appears in the circus but is never seen again afterwards. That was them showing how Caine used his powers to figure out how to use the brain scans. It was a flashback. And it’s juxtaposed to him using his powers to learn more about the outside world and about the remaining circus members.
