SYBELLE MONROE'S PAST RELATIONSHIPS: ranging from before she was turned in 1998 until the current 2020 timeline.

--- 𝙹𝙰𝚂𝙾𝙽: dated between the years of 1992-1996 for four years from the time sybelle was eighteen until twenty-two. jason & sybelle met when they were younger through their mothers who were friends with one another. their relationship started out as friends, sticking beside one another all throughout high school. however, somewhere down the lines feeling began to develop between them until jason asked sybelle out during the summer after their graduation & before college. of the time sybelle spent in college for her piano, they dated the entire time. when sybelle's parents died in a car accident jason stayed close to her side, held her in her grief, stood beside her during their funeral. however, when sybelle's elder brother began mistreating & abusing her in the aftermath (forcing her to drop out of college to use her piano talents to support them) he forced her to break up with jason despite her reluctance not to. sybelle didn't want to, but she wasn't given a choice. her brother then had effectively cut her off from any outside relationships.

--- 𝙺𝚁𝙸𝚂𝚃𝙴𝙽: dated between the years of 1999-2000, sybelle's first relationship after being turned into a vampire the year before. kristen was also her first vampire relationship as she was turned a few years prior to herself. however, the relationship broke down steadily over time to no fault of kristen. sybelle jumped into the relationship before she was completely healed from her traumas, before she fully grasped her new existence. their break up was mutual. however, a few years down the line they reconnected & remain as friends.

--- 𝙴𝚁𝙸𝙺𝙰: taking sometime to be single, & more importantly to get the hang of being a vampire as well as do some healing, sybelle had a large gap in time where she wasn't with anyone. until she met erika, a vampire, in the summer of 2006 at a concert she was attending with a few friends. the two of them hit it off fairly well, becoming friends before they became a couple later in 2006. erika is sybelle's on & off relationship from then on until meeting blaire. they date for an extended amount of time, they break up or 'take a break' & end up getting back together. some parts of their personalities do not mesh, the causes of their arguments & splits, yet after time apart they end up coming back together. seeking the other out to continue the cycle. a cycle that's lasted more than 12 years ending, for now, in 2018.

--- 𝙱𝙻𝙰𝙸𝚁𝙴: blaire is sybelle's current girlfriend, a human in her mid 20s, whom she met in late 2018 & continues to be in a relationship with 2020. the pair of them met through some of sybelle's human friends during a showcasing of an art show in new york where sybelle lives currently. it took some time for sybelle to warm up to her, to spend more time with her, but the two women grew together more easily than any of sybelle's relationships. they compliment one another in personality, have similar tastes in things but blaire often pushes sybelle out of her comfort zone. as of 2020, & post season 2, they live together in sybelle's townhome in brooklyn. sybelle, once the discussion is had, has plans to turn her or have her turned so that blaire might be her immortal companion--should that be her desire.
