I spent new year's eve alone.

I texted the boy I like "happy new years" but of course not without consulting my best friend first.

I saw everyone elses druken Snapchat stories and wondered why I can't just be like them.

I watched the fireworks from my kitchen window with my family and then went back to my room where I fantasized about Lip Gallagher

Someday I'll show them but that day won't come for a long time.

Getting into my dream university.

Moving to another country's captial.

Finding love.

Leaving everything behind and starting a career.
