Some of you know, some do not. I have Bipolar 1 disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. The treatments are only kind of working and becoming increasingly expensive (meds, regular therapy, hospital visits and stays, learned coping skills aren’t doing much for me). My mood is erratic and incredibly difficult to maintain. Because of this, I am applying for a psychiatric service dog. It costs $5,000 at the time of training to receive the dog. I have about 4 months to raise funds by myself. If you can donate ANYTHING to my indiegogo (it’s actually called Generosity but whatevs), you would help me become less stressed and anxious about this whole process that’s supposed to help me.
