I truly hate myself for relying on caffeine during highschool

Cause I literally can't function now without it. My whole day will be ruined if I don't get some, and it sucks. I can't even take the time to try and quit, cause that requires specific and concentrated time I do not have.

I work out and save other things for the days I'm off work. Which I would rather not have a panic attack ruin. And work.....you probably guess why making the stressful day more stressful is bad.
